Service was good, but the price was way too expensive. He wouldn’t give me the invoices for the parts he bought when I asked him for it. He said he would not because he added a 65% mark up price to the invoice. When I searched online, what he charged me for the parts was more than 65% markup price. Just to change one side of hinge door of a true fridge, he charged me $265 for part (less than $100 on Amazon) and $110 for labor. To repair the true fridge compressor fan and to change 2 door gaskets, he charged $675 for parts and $410 for labor. It was a rip off!!! Very disappointed and will never use his service again ever!!!
Thankfully we were able to get same-day service in the dead of summer. Our A/C went out aftet a power outage and Cam himself showed up at our door! After a thorough inspection of our condenser, air handler, and thermostat, Cam was able to make a few key repairs to get us up and running again. We were very pleased with the professionalism, knowledge, and timely repair that CAM-AIR had to offer. They came highly recommended and we couldn't be happier.
CAM-AIR made the stressfull experience easy to take in. I was given worst case scenario but then the option to start off with WHAT possibly could be the simple fix. He nailed it and got us up and going again without hassle. I'll use him from now on and would recommend him to everyone I know... Thanks for taking care of us!!
