Initially we were hesitant to contact Neat Air and Heat assuming the cost would be exorbitant based on the excellent on line reviews however this was not the case. We were pleasantly surprised to learn their cost was reasonable and actually beat two other quotes we received. The biggest, most noticeable difference with this company is the extensive knowledge Ben displayed and the excellent customer service and scheduling provided by Noelle. These folks do NOT over sell, over promise or exaggerate to make or keep a sale. They exceeded our expectations in every way ( integrity, professionalism, value, commitments) and we look forward to recommending and working with them again!
If you are like me, you have had second thoughts and wondered if you chose the right contractor. Well, wonder no more. If you choose NEAT AIR and HEAT you will be completely satisfied. Ben and Noelle went beyond my expectations. Noelle kept me informed as to scheduling and answering any questions that I had. Ben came to my home to discuss all possible options. He is very knowledgeable with zero pressure to purchase. The proposal included several options to choose from. We had to reschedule installation and they were very accommodating. The installation went flawless. Ben and his team worked through hard rain on and off all day. I can’t over emphasize how happy I am that I chose NEAT AIR and HEAT. I will definitely use them for all of my AC needs.

Neat is so easy to deal with its so surprising for an HVAC company. No sales tactics, no BS just quality work, good people and good pricing. They weren't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive either. Definitely worth every penny to feel confident I wasn't being scammed. Nelle in the office did a great job.

I am writing this review 2 months from the installation date and let me tell you, Neat Air and Heat has surpassed every expectation I have had. Over the past year I had completed hours of research and received 6 quotes to not only realize Neat Air and Heat was the best in cost but also the most knowledgeable and caring. It all began when I woke up in the middle of the night without AC. My 17 year old unit finally drew its last straw. Luckily I had done all of my research and I knew exactly who to call, Neat Air and Heat. I called them immediately that morning and they shifted their schedule to come out the day of and install my new unit. They provided a flawless install in a timely manner and at a fraction of the cost. I noticed every other company I received a quote from tried to oversell me on systems with features I didn’t need or want. When I spoke to Neat Air and Heat and they actually listened, and provided me with several options to fit my needs. 2 months after the install I had a rare manufacture defect on the blower motor and they took my call after hours and had a replacement installed within 12 hours at ZERO cost to me. Neat Air and Heat treated me like family and I cannot vouch for them enough. SYSTEM: RHEEM 15.5 SEER Variable Speed Air Handler UV light Living in Florida humidity is an issue. Higher humidity in the house requires you to keep the temperature lower for it to feel comfortable thus using more energy. That is why I decided to purchase a variable speed. It runs at a slower rate pulling more moisture out of the air and reducing humidity allowing you to keep the temperature higher yet feeling comfortable and saving money. This has been the best decision. The house is much more comfortable and I can't even tell the system is on because it runs so quietly. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone with humidity issues in the home. I also requested a UV light to eliminate mold spores that develop in the unit and the largest benefit i have noticed is the
From my first interaction with Neat Air and Heat, I was impressed with their professionalism and prompt customer service. I tend to be an overwhelming customer and ask a lot of questions and follow up questions throughout the buying and deciding process. Neat Air went above and beyond, without hesitation, to make sure all of my questions were answered so that I could be 100% satisfied in my decision. I inquired about many options (cleaning, modifications, repairs, upgrades) and they carefully explained every option thoroughly and promptly provided quotes for all services I inquired about. I never once felt pressured into adding services or selecting products. The Neat Air crew was very respectful and meticulous in making sure all work performed was done to meet and exceed expectations and requirements.
I highly recommend Neat Air and Heat! They were great from the start! Ben and Noelle worked with me on fine tuning the proposal to make sure I got what I wanted...and needed! They started when they said they would and completed the work on schedule! The work was pretty challenging as it involved a complete replacement/relocation of our HVAC system, including the demolition of the old system and installation of new ductwork! Ben kept me informed at all times during the installation... we had to work through a few challenges retrofitting the new unit into our old house! All turned out very well! We now have a very efficient, high-quality HVAC system! Count me as a very satisfied customer!
My old unreliable unit finally bit the dust and these guys set me up with a brand new 15 seer system and improved my ducting to flow more efficiently. Quality work, good price, professional what else do you want? Definitely recommended!
I had to replace the a/c system in my mother's townhome. I used Thumbtack to get virtual bids based on my information with various companies. The bids were all over the place, so I chose 3 companies to do an in home inspection and provide written estimates. I ultimately chose Neat Air and Heat. While they were not the least expensive bid, I felt the most confident choosing Neat Air and Heat. I never once felt pressured on an "upsell" for equipment or Brands that weren't needed. The job was completed in one day and the crew worked past their normal hours so my mom would be cooling by dinner time. The job included but was not limited to removing existing air handler in the attic, remove compressor, remove and replace freon lines, relocate condensate drain, replace thermostat and rebuild plenum ductwork. For future safety reasons they also suggested I have my electrician replace the out dated Federal Pacific sub panel servicing the air handler in the attic, which my electrician did the day of the install. I would and have recommended Neat Air and Heat already to my friends who need their system replaced.

If you are looking for a reliable company that will go above and beyond to ensure that your needs are met, look no further than Neat Air and Heat! They have replaced our duct system and made sure that not only were the old ducts removed and replaced, but also they calculated the heat load of our home (something no other company checked) to ensure that the efficiency of the new ducts would be maximized. Ben and Noelle are wonderful to work with, as is the entire crew. Neat Air and Heat is highly recommended, and we will continue to use them for all of our air conditioning and heating needs.
Neat Air and Heat did a great job on replacing my nearly 20-year-old heat pump. Every step of the way they maintained good communication with me, and showed up/called when they promised to. Ben, the owner and contractor, took the time to answer all of my questions before, during and after the install. I asked for specific recommendations pertaining to equipment or the installation method and felt I got honest answers. He also remained on site all day during the install to ensure everything was done properly—which was important to me. The pricing was competitive, cheaper than the big guys, but a little more than the one-person operations. I felt good about choosing Neat. I appreciate the way they run their business...do what you say you'll do, provide a quality product/service and do it at a fair price.

Back in January, my unit was on its last leg and needed to be replaced. After a few quotes from various companies, I decided to go with Ben and his team at Neat Air and Heat due to his professionalism, emphasis on craftsmanship, and attentiveness to my needs. He explained in great detail the various replacement options and walked me through the process as my wife and I are total outsiders to this world. After his explanations, I felt comfortable with my decision and confident that his team knew what I needed. Due to my crazy work schedule, I only had a specific window of time that would work for me, however, Ben was able to make his schedule align with mine on short notice to make it work. On the day of installation, Ben and his team arrived promptly and began right away. Throughout the day, my wife would bring them hot coffee as it was incredibly cold that day (for Florida standards), but no matter what, their attitude was nothing short of positive. Once everything was complete, Ben again walked me through the job and showed me the “before and after” to make sure I understood everything that took place. Right off the bat, I was impressed at the quality of work as it was apparent that the original unit was installed in a rush and on a tight budget. I think the most memorable moment of the experience was when I was having some user-inflicted issues with my Nest thermostat. Even at 11PM, Ben was able to remotely walk me through troubleshooting steps to get me going again. I’d like to consider myself a technical person so I was embarrassed to reach out for help, but Ben reassured me everything was okay. Additionally, he said “with this installation, I’m yours for a year” which provided me peace of mind in the event something else comes up. All in all, I would highly recommend Neat Air and Heat to anyone looking for a maintenance job or a full fledged overhaul. They will forever be our go-to HVAC professionals.
After obtaining 5 offers to replace my 16 year old Condenser & A/H, my wife & I hired Neat Air & Heat after many questions & phone calls. Noelle & Ben drove over to meet us & look at our older system immediately. They are 1st Class & super professional. Ben knows AC's! He & his colleague arrived on a Sat. a.m. on time & completed the job in approx 9.5 hrs. I would hire Ben again in a minute as he & his colleague did a high quality job. Needless to say, Neat Air & Heat were very competitive on price & we love our new HVAC System. Ben will be very successful as he offered high quality equipment, was very competitive & has superior customer service skills, something 4 of his other competitors didn't have! I would highly recommend Neat Air and Heat to anyone searching for a competitively priced and HONEST company to work with. Ben and Noelle start early, they stay late, and they get the job done to a perfectionist's liking. Everything about their work ethic makes it seamless to work with them. As far as I am concerned, they are the dream team when it comes to AC work. They replaced all of the duct work in our barely maneuverable crawl space and it looked like no one had even been here when they were finished. Exceptional service from start to finish. Got my service scheduled and Ben showed on time and ready to go. Spent from 1700 on a Friday night to about 2030 chasing down the problem. Got it diagnosed and said he would have to come back out Sat AM just as promised and promptly. Got the A/C fixed with no hidden surprises or charges. Would very highly recommend!
We hired Neat Heat and Air to add some additional returns to the far side of our house. They were clean, fast and did a great job.
What a great experience - this was my first time ever having to replace an A/C system and Ben and his team had me covered. They came on a Saturday and worked for almost 14 hours to ensure they finished the job in one day. They ran a new line thru my attic, instead of thru the ground like the original one was, and put in a new concrete pad. They gave me a bunch of advice on how to maintain the system as well (apparently my drainage line needs my attention MONTHLY lol). The whole time the guys were super professional - they didn't even ask for water (though I brought a bunch out to them, as well as some quesadillas at about 9 pm). Noelle, who handles the calls and scheduling, was always in contact for questions/concerns. I never got an automated call handler, which I would have hated. All in all, I would recommend this company to anyone who wants awesome service and a personal feel from the people they hire. My house is cool in what feels like seconds now. Just in time for that Florida heat!
