George and his team at Caliber were TOP NOTCH. His diagnosis was quick and thorough and the breakdown of options he provided was clear and informative. After receiving multiple quotes, I decided to go with Caliber because they had the most competitive price and his service had a much more personal touch. Installation turnaround was quick (only a couple of days). George and his team were friendly, professional, quick, and clean in getting the new unit setup and working. Caliber was able to diagnose and repair the many issues we were dealing with for a ~2 year old HVAC system that was still under manufacturer warranty. The original installers were unable to assist with the diagnosis or repairs. We are so grateful for Caliber's assistance and have had him out to perform yearly maintenance on our HVAC since. He takes his time to explain things in detail, respectful of property, honest business.
