I just bought a rental home and Doug was recommended. He came to service my HVAC system. Because I live out of town, he videoed his service and gave me a detailed review of the system. I am in the real estate industry and have dealt with many HVAC people. He is the most thorough and straight forward I have encountered. No BS, just good honest work!
