Cain is THE BEST! I texted another company a week before finding Cain on Facebook. It's been 4 weeks and I still haven't gotten a response from the other company. A mutual friend raved about Cain's Heating & Cooling LLC on Facebook so I reached out to him. Cain responded immediately AND said he'd be by my house that same day. I was SHOCKED! Not only did he keep his word; he made sure that he kept me abreast of when he'd come. He was constantly in touch with me that day. He arrived around 7:45pm, diagnosed the problem with my A/C, and gave me a temporary solution for the night (after 2 weeks of not having any air) - so that I'd have air. He promised he'd be by the next day with the new part needed and to finish the repair. Same thing: he came when he said he would, did what he said he would, and all with a smile and pleasant demeanor. And he didn't charge me an arm and 2 legs! It's been about 2 weeks and my air is still working well. Glad I found him and he is definitely saved to my contacts. Cain's customer service is impeccable!

The owner of this company is polite, knowledgeable and takes his business seriously. My unit runs perfectly year round thanks to ongoing maintenance and I'll be a customer for life.

Purchase a ac motor about a year ago ($600) can’t find paper work for warranty and owner Ronald is ignoring phone calls. The owner was suppose to “get back” with me, it’s been over a week. Now the company is ignoring my calls. The motor doesn’t work and the owner knows it’s not new and a bad motor this is why he is ignoring my calls. Called from a different number they answered and said “Ron” will call back, he never did. I have an elderly mother here and Ron knows this, but it didn’t keep him from being dishonest.
Ronald Cain is amazing!!! Would highly recommend him!! My heat went out on Christmas Eve. Not only did he come out that day but answered my text at 7:30 that night !! He is definitely who you need to call

I have been using Cain's Heating and Cooling for literal years now and cannot recommend them enough! Summertime in SC is no joke and I have received stellar service each and every time they have come out. They explain exactly what is going on, what they suggest you should do (without trying to oversell or overcharge). I'd give 10 stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and call them for your HVAC needs.

Mr. Ron is the best! He provides amazing quality service, he’s fast, and he offers the best deal. He replaced our old A/C system and installed our new thermostat. He was the fourth company we consulted with and he gave us the best service at the best price, by far. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for heating and cooling services!
