I contacted Caceres Air Solutions with a quote/pricing request for the install of a 2 Ton Mitsubishi Mini Split. Johan answered my call and was ready to visit my home the next day to take a look and discuss the project. I let Johan know that I was an engineer who had done my own system sizing calculations and he was not pushy to try and sell equipment or accessories; instead he was very attentive to my requests and answering any questions I had. In fact, he presented me with different options to simplify the installation and reduce overall cost. I'm writing this review roughly 30 days after installation. So far, operation of the Mitsubishi split system has been great. Several other contractors turned me away when they found out I was an engineer and they wouldn't be able to sell me on something I didn't need or they tried selling me something I didn't want/need before I told them I was an engineer. Johan and his team were very honest. I would highly recommend Caceres Air Solutions to anyone looking for HVAC services. It should also be noted that he is bilingual which is great for those who are more comfortable speaking Spanish.
This AC job went very well , Met with Caceres Air Solutions on Monday and by Wednesday morning the job was done. I was very pleased , With the price, work and equipment that was installed. I would and will recommend Caceres Air to anyone.
