Large or small projects same great service. I recommend Cabrillo Steve and Fernando have done excellent work on three different projects. Highly recommend them as well
The work done at my home by Cabrillo was extremely professional. The two men who did the work, Frank and Erick were very knowledgeable and explained how to operate new equipment completely. They also cleaned everything up before they left. I would highly recommend their services!

Frank from Cabrillo was thorough, clear in what needed to be done, and got the job done perfectly and promptly. He cleaned up everything and left the job in perfect shape. Frank and Cabrillo are the best.
Brian arrived at exactly at 8:00 and epitomized friendly, professional service. He and Erick replaced our still-working 19-year-old water heater (whew) in the 4 hours promised. They also effected minor repairs to both toilets without charge! I really can't say enough about their outstanding performance.
We have only the highest praise for Brian. He has been here several times before for different reasons, all upgrades. He is professional, courteous, and friendly. I recommend him and Cabrillo Plumbing for any plumbing connected issues.
My experience with Cabrillo Plumbing over the years has been excellent. My most recent encounters have not disappointed and the reasons why? Service and customer experience. From my online communications with Gessa Chang to the visits by 2 plumbers — Robert and Oliver — I received helpful messages, professional services, and patient assistance. For example, after a new shower hose had been installed after a rupture, I changed my mind about the type of hose I wanted and Cabrillo replaced it promptly, with no question, and at no charge. Additionally, I had some other plumbing questions during the 2 recent service visits, and both plumbers investigated the issues with no hesitation. They go the extra mile for the customer (even paper booties over shoes!) and that makes all the difference.
Had Robert Burkett come by to fix our Trane furnace. He was quick to diagnose what the problem was and then efficiently took care to replace faulty components all in a matter of not much more than 45 min. He then gave a concise explanation in layman's lingo as to what he suspected was the cause of the problem and then also did a thorough cleaning of a very clogged filter. Lastly he was very honest and did not try to exact anymore cost as the furnace was still under warranty. Can't ask for more than that in this day and age...!
I have been using Cabrillo for over 15 years. They are the Best!! The expert crew are all very skilled..Brian fixed my bathroom tub drain and even provided a set screw for my 1930's faucet handle!! I will always use Cabrillo and recommend them highly. THANKS
Diagnostic test of water heater. Very honest that it had more years of life in it and only needed a part. Service technician was Frank Cichetti, very personable, excellent communication, efficient.
I had a last minute issue with my plumbing and called Cabrillo at noon on a Friday. They were completely booked, but suggested putting me on standby in case someone cancelled. 2 hours later, they called to say a tech was available and could meet me at my home in 45 minutes. When Brian arrived (on time), he was very friendly and got straight to work. He did some diagnostic tests and had the problem pegged within 15 minutes! Totally had everything fixed, including installing a part he had stocked on his truck, in less than an hour! I was thrilled!! Polite and helpful customer service over the phone. Reliable, professional, friendly and experienced techician onsite!!! I've used Cabrillo over the past 8+ years, and though I don't need them that often, they always send qualified techs out, and I'd say they've even gotten better over the years!
