I called for an emergency furnace repair and reached Felix. Felix came out the same day and repaired the problem. He was punctual, knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely affordable. Caban's Heating did a wonderful job and I highly recommend them.
After a different company tried to sell us a whole new furnace, we called Caban's and Felix was at our house within a few hours. He fixed the furnace and saved us a lot of money; was very professional, clean and efficient. Caban is now our go-to company for HVAC stuff!
Came same day and fixed my boiler even after 2 plumbers said it has to be replaced. Since then he has been very responsive and has fixed all my plumbing issues. Definitely recommend. 10 out of 10.
I moved into a new home and once I moved in, I noticed there was a leak in the bathroom radiator and knew my furnace was just rebuilt. I had Cabans number from the newly redone furnace and i called Felix. I am not from the area at all and never felt so worried when something went wrong so soon. He was very professional and polite and was able to fix the leak and replace the valves, on a busy Saturday nonetheless! Felix made time very quickly to come to the rescue and was more than accommodating and friendly. I had only decided to call since they were familiar with the heating system, but now I definitely plan to call him in the future for any other needs.
Our heating system stopped working during a huge storm and we called several places that never responded. Mr caban was backed up that day and still took the time to answer our call. He came in as soon as he could and went above and beyond. Highly recommend.
Felix responded within a matter of minutes to call and was on site within an hour. Heating system failure readily identified obtained needed part and replaced without delay that morning. Not only was service and time above and beyond expectation, Felix explained system analysis in layman’s terms that I could readily understand and spent time also to provide helpful ideas to improve energy efficiency savings. I will definitely use this company again.

Localy owned with great customer service. Felix is by far one of the most honest person I have ever met. He explained to me the whole process from the start to end. His prices were very competitive when I looked around against all the major companies around the area. He is a local guy and I'll definitely recommend him. Felix is absolutely amazing!! AC unit went down during the holiday weekend - not only did he take the time to check it out but also came back very quickly to get it fixed. Went above & beyond to diagnose everything and was honest. Not something you come across! Definitely the guy you want to call and keep business with!

Felix corrected an issue where our hydronic boiler made frequent banging sounds. Where other companies believed it was due to sediment build up, Felix went above and beyond in finding the root cause. Thank you.
My air conditioner last summer was running very loudly and sluggishly. it was costing me more money than normal to cool my house. Felix was able to quickly find the problem with my air conditioner and fix it. Not only did he fix the problem quickly my electric bill went down too.

today I called Caban’s heating services on the recommendation of another plumber that my friend had used before but he was sick. I called FELIX and told him my problem. He was busy because we just had a major snowstorm . However, he said he’ll be there as soon as he could.later that evening he came . He was very sympathetic with all the temperature in the house was only 43° I showed him the way to the boiler and once he got to work right away and told me what was wrong .then he proceeded to fix the problem and checked all the radiators for whatever was missing on them and replaced them. After a while we had heat I was so happy because it was really very cold . I am happy we found him because he is very knowledgeable and knows his job well. I would recommend him to anyone who needs heating services I will be using his services every year.
Our furnace went out in the middle of the night on a very cold day. Called this company in the morning and it was back to working by sundown. Parts and labor was a very reasonable price. We are first time home owners and we have found our hvac guy if we ever need service in the future. Very professional and a real humble guy.
On Sunday Dec 26 2021 at 9pm my furnace broke. I googled 24 hour HVAC repair, I called Berkshire Heating, Hurley & David, Home Depot 24 hour service and finally got a call back from Reidys in Holyoke. They told me over the phone if they came out that night there's nothing they could do and diagnosed it over the phone. They said my system was from 1997 and even if they repaired it I'd need to replace it and was looking at $3000 - $7000 and hung up on me. On Monday morning I got a call back from McNeill who said they were busy until Tuesday, Reidy was busy until Wednesday, I called several other large and small businesses, all answered by receptionists who had to call me back and rarely did. Finally, I found Caban's Heating. Felix answered the phone directly at 10am. I explained my dilemma and asked when he was available, he told me he'd be at my house within an hour and would text when he was close. He arrived at 11am, he was kind, courteous, and when he diagnosed the issue I told him I knew the machine was old and needed to be replaced. He told me that, my machine was old but it was actually a high quality system and that there was no reason to replace it. He told me he knew the part it needed and was going to do his best to find it and would give me a quote when he did. He called me back at 12:30 and said he found the part and for the part and installation it would cost $475. I said "LET'S DO IT!" He arrived, we spoke through the entire installation about life and he had the heat back on by 2pm. When other places said it was going to take days from first phone call to completion Felix diagnosed, found the part, and fixed it in 3 hours and charged me a FRACTION of what I was originally quoted. In fact I was so happy with the service I paid him $500. Not only did I become a lifelong loyal customer of Felix and Caban's, I know I made a lifelong friend today. I was panicked beyond belief about this inconvenience but the moment I spoke to Felix I knew I was in good

I was in need of assistance with my oil furnace as well as some serious issues with two of my radiators. After trying for some time with unreliable people, I came across Felix, and was so impressed with his professionalism as well as his sincere desire to do the work!. Everything about the experience was wonderful and his professionalism was above else the best. I highly recommend him for all heating needs!
