This Company does not do what they promise they will do for Their Customer. C&S Air was recommended by a personal friend, Now My Friend will Also No Longer ever use them again. They replaced a Fan Motor in my unit, Fan Motor went out, replaced again, went out second time and (Danna Sauter) and His Brother Chris Sauter told me it was my Unit and sold me on the fact that my Unit was going out due to age and that they needed to install a New Unit....So I trusted in what they told me, However I paid several hundred dollars for the two Fan Motors and their installation fee's that they promised to reimburse me for by replacing the Two Fan Motors that went out in my previous unit... So they took both Fan Motors that they had previously installed in my unit back.....Than they promised to reinstall a Brand New (third) Fan Motor in a Second Unit I have on the opposite side of my home that keeps my second story room cool , They claimed that that unit was ready to go out as well., which they never did bring another Fan Motor out like they promised they would do ...I wanted to deduct the cost from the Cost they charged me for the New Unit they installed for me, But they would not allow me to do that and they continued to assure me that they would bring a New Fan Motor back out for my second unit used to cool my upstairs , which they never have and they refuse to reimburse me the money I paid for the Fan Motors plus install labor fee's I paid them as well.... I have recorded text message's where they made promise after promise in regards to the above Fan Motor replacement or a reimbursement as well as the fact that they would send me a check for 65.00 to have another company come out...NEVER GOT CHECK EITHER ! No Company Will Come Out For $65.00.... I sense have had My Second Unit looked at by a professional A/C AND HEATING CO. and they told me that my Unit was FINE,,,C&S Heating and Air has never done as they Promised They Would Do.... Just got my new air conditioner and it is amazing! Great service, great system, and great prices! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an A/C company to use.
