Tech did nothing except collect the 75.00 trip charge and our house is still cold
Chris was on time and did a good job with the installation! He made me aware of a problem with my circuit breaker, which I passed on to the electrician. I would call him again
Our AC has been out for a week. We scheduled an appointment through home warranty, I reached out same day to confirm, never heard back, called them morning of the scheduled appointment date to confirm a time, was told he did not see it on his schedule but just had not scrolled up to check. Then was told there would be delays from rain so he might not be able to be there that day but would call first thing the following morning to make sure it was done, that was completely fine with us. Never heard back and phone calls were forwarded to voicemail, extremely unprofessional, would have at least appreciated a phone call to let us know he would not be able to make it as we waited at home all day just in case. Cancelled our service to work with another company since we never even got the decency of a returned call.
Excellent work, polite, 2 associate degrees in HVAC and prompt.
Christopher did a fantastic job not only installing our new A/C unit, but educating me, the costumer, on the proper care for the unit. Job well done!
