Have been a customer for years. Major HVAC equipment repairs, routine maintenance included. Chad and his employees are competent, trustworthy and easy to work with.
I can’t say enough great things about my experience with this company. My air conditioning was damaged in this last storm and Josh came out and did the assessment found that my equipment was still under warranty which saved me thousands of dollars. He did everything for me in getting the parts approved and shipped quickly. In less than 48 hours my air conditioning was fixed. He even found that my other unit was not running properly and worked with the manufacturers warranty again to get everything taken care of. He stayed until 11:30 pm ensuring everything worked, all parts were replaced and completed an overall check again. They are the best and Josh is amazing going above and beyond.
It was great getting to know Robert! He was thorough and explained all that he did in detail. As I mentioned to him, we found our AC company.!
CAS never disappoints! We’ve been in the same house for almost 20 years and once we found CAS we’ve never had to worry about anything HVAC. And in this part of the country that’s a good thing!!
I have been using CAS since 2013 to service my units and have nothing but great things to say. We recently replaced both our AC units and CAS did a fantastic job. They use quality products, very professional and I would recommend them if you are needing service or looking to replace your HVAC system.

Our AC unit stopped working on Friday night, I called CAS AC at 8:30am Saturday morning . Chad answered & immediately said he would be able to send someone out that day. We had Robert show up and within 30 min our issue was fixed and the temperature in our house was going down. Robert was professional, skilled and Informative. So thankful!! Will definitely be using them again In the future if we have any issues arise.

Chad’s team showed up on time and quickly went to work getting floors and stairs protected. They were here to replace two 20 year old systems. They worked quickly and efficiently to get it done in 3 hours. Everyone was courteous, focused, and good at the task each was doing. I highly recommend them for your needs.

Im a big supporter of local businesses, and this is a no brainer when it comes to a/c needs. CAS continually came up as i reviewed others recommendations, and- for good reason. Technicians are great, and Chad the owner goes out of his way to help when big issues come up
C.A.S. has been servicing our systems for several years now. They are professional and always prompt. A benefit of being on their service plan is you will receive priority attention if you have any issues. Their prices are reasonable and I would highly recommend them.
We have had issues with our AC for years. We had it serviced by a different company that identified a refrigerant leak which we decided to have charged back up and see how long we could hold out on replacing. In about 5 years, we recharged twice. Deciding it was time, we requested a quote for a new condenser, coils and drain pan from our AC company. We also reached out to friends and family for recommendations. CAS was referred to us by a family friend. I utilized their website to request a quote. Chad, the owner scheduled time with us the same day. Gave us a quote the same day AND came in lower than other quotes. We decided to move forward and had our install this morning. The crew was on time, respectful, and kept everything clean and tidy. Very pleased with their work.
