James helped us increase the air flow in one of bedrooms. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable and provided great insight on how the air flow works. Will definitely call him again if I have any other ac or heating issues.

James was on time, actually came earlier as he was ahead of schedule. He checked to see if it would be ok to come early. He showed up on time, very professional and went above and beyond. Not only did he fix the issue but took apart the pipes and put them back together correctly then resealed them. It didn’t take him long at all, he got right to business. My wife and I are very satisfied and recommend his service. If we ever have any heating and air issues we know where we are going! Thanks James.
Great HVAC companies are so hard to find and I finally found one. Butler Heating & Air is great! They are quick to respond to phone calls, on time to appointments, and their prices are good. So few companies do business this way anymore and it is so refreshing to find someone so knowledgeable and professional. Thanks Butler Heating & Air... you have my business for life!
We get ads all the time for people for people/companies that claim to know what they are doing. When we first moved in we used one of the ads to have someone come take a look. They gave an overpriced estimate with little promised. So we turned to Yelp, Google, and Next Door. There were no reviews on Next Door which we took as a good sign. Google had six raving reviews that did not seem contrived. And Yelp was also positive. They were right. We easily made an appointment. We scheduled a visit. The person was on time, professional, personal, and clearly knew their business. In the 19 years we have owned our home no one could get the air to come to the back bedroom properly, and now I have been sleeping comfortably for a week. We were given solid advice on how to maintain. We selected a service that fit our budget and needs and were not then surprised by any add-ons or upselling. It was legit and comfortable. He even took the time to explain some things when I looked curious. High Recommend. All providers of home services in our area from landscaping to internet could take a lesson from Butler Heating and Air. Thanks, Mitchelle & Brian
James was very professional, competent and responsive to our questions. He explained the issue, the plan to replace, the timing and cost in less than 15 mins. No boring 90 minute presentation - just the facts. We are now enjoying a more efficient heating system with fancy, updated thermostats.
Great service
James came out on Monday and did an assessment and gave his honest recommendations. We decided to do a whole new A/C & Heating unit which was completed the very next day! The house is freezing cold, even the 2nd level! Highly, highly recommend James! 5☆
