Bustos Heating and Cooling is very prompt and reliable with their service. They ordered a part for our AC unit and quickly got it repaired and up and running. We appreciated the promptness because of the extreme heat we were experiencing. They came out on a holiday to install the new part without hesitation. Thank you!

My heater would not come on I called my regular HVAC company they sent out a service man who did not do anything he brought in a drill and I could see what he was doing which was nothing and when I went in to check and ask him what was wrong he said the vacuum switch is bad it is I'm talking to him he puts his hand on the motor and says oh and you probably need a new motor too and you probably should think about replacing your heater he said we'll give you a quote for repair and for replacing the heater and once he told me how much which was which is almost $2,000 for a repair and to replace the heater was 15,000 and I said there's no way I will get a second opinion so I called Bustos he came out the next day did a diagnostic on my heater and said your circuit board needs to be replaced we'll find out how much it cost and I'll let you know so he called me about an hour later told me the circuit board was $500 and if this was okay to let him know he would get it ordered and come out and replace the circuit board as soon as he got it. I told him go ahead he ordered it and he was out early the next morning to install the circuit board so my heater works fine did not need to be replaced did not need all the parts at the first service man said it needed. I was very happy I paid for the circuit board and the service diagnostic which came to a total of $550 and told him I will now call you when I have any problems I will no longer use the company that I used before I want to thank you for being honest and not treating me like an idiot because I'm a female. I highly recommend this company.

Our AC went out on a Friday afternoon and it was fixed Saturday morning! I thought for sure we’d be out of AC for a while since everyone is so backed up. These guys were on time, efficient, and didn’t break the bank. So thankful my dad referred me to them after hearing his horror story with a different company. I’ve been referring Bustos to everyone. Every once in a while, you find a contractor or in this case, an air conditioning/heating repair person that completely restores your faith in humanity. Joe Bustos is one of those special people. During a particularly brutal 107 degree stretch in June, our air conditioning stopped working. After getting scammed for more than $600 by another technician, that replaced (and overcharged us) for nearly every part on our a/c unit, EXCEPT the part that was defective, I rolled the dice and randomly called Joe Bustos. We have 7 animals in the house, and most of them are pretty old, so by this point, we had been without working a/c for 9 days. It was stressful to say the least! The very first time I talked to Joe, I knew he’d be our guy for as long as he was willing to put up with us. He was polite, down to Earth, extremely knowledgeable, and was truly invested in helping us. Not only did he work us in on a day he was already incredibly busy, he fixed the problem the other “technician” couldn’t. Did I mention Joe showed up 15 minutes earlier than he said he would? That might not seem like much, but after our horrible experiences with the other company showing up hours after they said they’d be here, or simply not showing up at all, that really meant a lot. On top of that, Joe either called or texted every day for several days after the repair to make sure everything was still working exactly as it should. Joe didn’t have to do that, but he knew the last repairman had put us through the ringer so he went way above and beyond to help ease our stress levels. The icing on the cake was that, and I’m NOT kidding, Joe said he wouldn’t charge us ANYTHING unless the last technician refunded our money. Who does that in 2021?! Needless to say, Joe earned our trust and respect and I’ve been recommending him to everyone I know and care about ever since. I don’t normally do that, but Joe Bustos is such a class act, I’m happy to make an exception. Thanks again Joe!
Found joe Working on my neighbors house he was able to come diagnose and explain my problem since my AC stopped working last night, he showed and gave me the damaged part and had the replacement part his truck all completed within 20 minutes. Also just want to add he had the best prices compared to those when I checked around. thanks again for saving the day.

We were referred to Bustos Heating and Cooling from a family/friend. Bustos Heating and Cooling came out quickly and on time. They were very professional and even let you know what they can and cannot do due to code violations. What happened was we had our Water Heater inside the house and it was exposed. Due to safety concerns of the venting we couldn’t put it in the laundry room. So we moved it outside and everything worked out in the end. There was another issue that my house caused. We have a bonus room attached to our house the space between the actual house and the bonus room was extremely small. Bustos Heating and Cooling did not give up on it. After try many techniques Bustos Haating and Cooling was able to get cooling and heating to my bonus room. Their pricing was great for all the work we needed. In our house we had absolutely nothing, no vents and no ducting. They did everything and now we have had HVAC system for about 5 months now and we love it. Bustos Heating and Cooling can provide any type of HVAC system and thermostat. We ended up getting a smart thermostat. As we have been using it it’s been wonderful. The HVCA system quickly warms the rooms up as well as the whole house. We have not had a chance to use the cooling yet but I’m am sure it will work wonderfully just like as the heating. As well it comes with warranties. We are very satisfied with Bustos Heating and Cooling. I would refer them to anyone.
I have been using Bustos for about 13 years and I wouldn't use any other company. I call on Joe for all of my cooling and Heating issues. And I'm happy to see his son is working in the business also,so if Joe isn't available I know I'll be getting the same quality work..
