These guys are the best! Nick and his team were able to fix an issue we had with our AC for the past 2 years that other HVAC repairmen were unable to diagnose. We called him back to replace a contactor that blew and he came the same day and got us up and running quickly. We can’t recommend this team enough!

I highly recommend Nick Burrows and his team. They are knowledgeable, competent and professional. They have serviced my heating and A/C systems for the past 5 years and this week, replaced my 25yo oil furnace with a new state of the art Weil McLean system. Nick's staff are communicative, the team are always punctual and their work exceeds expectations. Burrows & Son should always be consulted when you are looking for HVAC services.
Our two experiences with Burrows and Son have exceeded our expectations. Nick always go above and beyond to make sure everything is in great shape. They are always on-time, if not early, to appointments, and work quickly and efficiently. We are so happy to have found "our guy".
Nick Burrows will take care of you, this I believe. We have an old oil furnace that needed maintenance. Burrows and Sons came on time, explained the good, bad and ugly, did the work and let me know what system (pump/igniter etc) to look for next for potential replacement - all for a competitive, discounted fee. That was last year. This year we had a tough issue (read potentially multiple organ failure situation) - intermittent problem with furnace not coming on sometimes. Nick accommodated us into his schedule. Nick and Chris came, helped me bleed radiators (missed for years), fixed bad parts, (one was a factory new one - not his fault) and when it turned out the main culprit was another one, he came the next day to replace that and make sure our family had hot water and heat. This is putting the priorities of the customer at the heart of everything. And the kicker - he himself covered the cost of the second component (transformer/igniter). So all I can say - call Nick. Hire Burrows and Sons - you can’t go wrong, you won’t regret it.

We have had Nick come out on several occasions to do work for us. He has worked on our furnace and also recently installed a new oil tank. Nick is extremely honest, reliable and professional. We are so happy that he was recommended to us and we will be continuing to use his services going forward.
