We have been using Burroughs heating and air for years. They are always professional and come when we have emergency issues (probably because we are life long customers). J Scott came and did our semi annual maintenance today. What a complete job he did. Even hosed out the outside unit! I think this is one of the best semi annual maintenance jobs we've had! Super.
This company put in two new air conditioners for my house. They started out as a wonderful company to work with. Unfortunately within the first six months I had to have them come out numerous times to repair their mistakes. They’re workers left tools in my house, and to top it off caused thousands of dollars in damage they refuse to fix. I have attempted to get them to repair these damages to no avail. I even had to pay them to come out and look at the air conditioners numerous times, when they caused the issues. I wouldn’t use them if you can avoid it. Find a better company.
Tommy is the best service tech in the area!
We had Tommy repair our A/C recently & our experience with Burroughs Heating & Air (front office & technicians) was a good one.
When the thermostat crapped out at my business and my employees called crying that it was too CALIENTE to work, burroughs saved the day. Tim was a great technician and the price charged was fair. I would recommend.
Quality service good customer service
Imagine spending $xx,000 on new heating and air units, only to find they did not work and technicians wired them incorrectly and left duct work a mess and air return on backwards!!!!! AND to top it off, charged me for labor to come back look at their mess...??? They won't call me back and I had to go to a competitor which cost me $1000 to correctly wire system. Now I have asked for refund...
