Kyle did a great job fixing my A/C
Kyle came on a quick notice same day to fix our central air that had stopped working. He was professional explained exactly what the problem was and did not over charge or try to rip us off like most people these days. Highly recommend and I will be using him again in an emergency as well as for future work! Thanks again Kyle!!
Kyle is a pro. Plain and simple. Knows his stuff, treats customers with respect. I’d call him every time. Came out to my house on a 20 below day to fix my furnace when I was on a waitlist with 3 other vendors. Installed my AC too. Answered all my questions throughout. Thanks Kyle!…and in case you’re wondering, I’m not a relative or close friend…just a guy who found a good contractor for hvac. So, a Real Review!

My furnace broke and woke up freezing. Showed up in less then 30 minutes and got me back up and running. Very professional and very helpful. I've recommend this service to my close family and friends

Kyle was able to arrive early and on short mortise. He worked through an old oil system and track down the nagging culprit to my cold air dilemma, a faulty transformer. Unfortunately the part was no longer available for purchase and we had to work on getting a replacement unit. The next morning he arrived with the new unit and install went smooth. He was fair with pricing and performed exceptional work, what else more can you ask for? Our furnace comes with the option to add AC and if we do, you can bet we’re going to call Kyle!

Burley was responsive and customer oriented. Straight shooter, not trying to sell things you don't need. Did a fall furnace tune-up, knowledgeable and informative.

The man is absolutely top notch, heat went out right as it's getting below 40 at night had me turned around and running in 2 days with new parts.
Amazing work came in an emergency and fixed my AC. Was told by another company that I needed a new control board when an actuality it was a bad transformer. Kyle came over thoroughly check the system and diagnose the problem. Kyle was professional and provide a great expertise and advice. I would trust Burley with any advice they have, and I'll be on lifelong customer with them.
Kyle is great! Just as others have stated he is knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and fair. He has been quick to show up on multiple occasions when I've had AC issues and has always done a fantastic job. He gets the job done efficiently and cleans up afterwards. He won't pressure you into a purchase, he'll simply let you know what's wrong and give you his recommendations. I trust him and his work and highly recommend him!
Honestly I’m so impressed! I called Kyle after hours when my furnace wouldn’t turn on, I received a call back in literally one minute. He is extremely knowledgeable, works super fast, professional, and labor prices are totally fair. He went above and beyond to help me out as quickly as possible and took the time to teach me a few things about the system. I can’t recommend him enough!!

Excellent work from Burley. I'm one of those picky guys that drives contractors crazy but Burley exceeded my expectations! My boiler went down in the cold and I had no heat. Called Burley and he was here right away, current system was 20 years old so I decided to replace it with a Navien combi boiler/on demand hot water. This was a big job; everything had to be moved about 15 feet to the wall, separate existing zones, and re-plumb a lot of the system. They were here for 12 hour shifts, over the weekend, to get me going. Very professional, dedicated, and genuinely seemed to care about my family getting heat back. Would recommend highly. I also had 2 other quotes and Burley was priced just right. Updated 1/18/2022 - spelling and grammar
Installed replacement hot water heater within 24 hours of initial call. Clean, efficient install.
I contacted Kyle for a boiler replacement & baseboard install for my downstairs. Within a business day he had arrived to view the area and provided me with a very reasonable estimate within an hour. Shortly after my estimate, my hot water heater also went bad. Kyle was there the next morning and he had a new hot water heater installed within an hour at a reasonable price. Kyle was incredibly professional, prompt, and conscientious with his work. Kyle also resolved several issues that arose from previous work completed prior to me purchasing my home. Kyle did all of this while staying at the estimate provided to me at the start of the project. As a customer, I could not be happier with Kyle’s services and give my strongest recommendation for anyone considering him for their servicing needs. 5 STARS!
