3 days, 5 calls, 0 returned. You used to be polite enough to return calls and let me know when you could come out and fix my system. I guess business is good and mine is no longer required or desired. Thanks for the prior services. Good luck. You did the same thing to my mom. An old lady living on her own and you couldn't return her calls either even after promising her you would fix her AC. Wow. Well, i'll make it a goal to spread the word.
We've been using Burdick Heating since we bought our home. Burdick so far has repaired a condensate issue with our A/C, performed a yearly check-up maintenance on the whole system, and just recently has replaced a capacitor for our A/C right before a record setting heat wave! We'll use Burdick Heating as long as we're in the area. Highly recommended.
Burdick Heating "saved our bacon" in February, 2021 when a tenant's gas furnace stopped working. Brad worked the house into their schedule that day, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. We have used them for years and have always been pleased.
