They arrived at the scheduled time and were very professional and friendly. I asked the technician to show me how to change the filter which he did, but I also received a great lesson on the number system. I’ve signed a yearly contract that I feel is pretty reasonable given the importance of AC in Florida. I highly recommend this company!

Grayden and April are great! They are very responsive for any needs I may have Very professionable and knowledgeable about any repair concerns. They are the only ones we use. Don’t hesitate to call them.

Working with Graydon and April was nothing short of amazing! They are both responsive, courteous, patient, friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable. April gave me tips on how to stay cool while my AC was out, and Graydon gave me gardening tips. :) They were able to get my AC unit fixed relatively quickly, given the challenges of getting parts due to the hurricane, and April kept me in the loop with timeframes. I have only lived in SWFL for three weeks and have found my forever HVAC company. Highly recommend Bullard's!!
Working with Graydon and his wife April has been an absolute pleasure. I called them at 8am and he was there by 11am to look at my AC unit after hurricane Ian. He reviewed the damage with me (extensive). The next day he provided a quote along with pictures of the damage that I’d need for my insurance. I had my new AC installed within a week. April kept me posted once they secured a unit and set up the day for the install. The guys who came with Graydon were also very professional and respectful. I am recommending him to everyone I know in need of AC repair. I wish all service contractors were as professional and reliable as Graydon and April. A pleasure working with them, especially during this stressful post hurricane time. Thank you!
Great company. Both April and Graydon are friendly and professional. They were recommended to me by a neighbor and I will pass that on and recommend them to anybody who asks. April kept in communication with me and Graydon took his time and was very thorough and explained to me the process he was doing to correct the damages to my ac system caused by hurricane Ian. They are definitely a five star company

Graydon and April are awesome people!! Highly recommend. The moment I called April was and always is very responsive and knowledgeable! Graydon is trustworthy and very experienced. Wouldn’t chose anyone else for my AC needs. My in-laws, parents and friends use Bullards, love that he sticks to his word and comes when you need him. ESPECIALLY IN THE FL HEAT. My moms AC was out for a week, Graydon took care of her immediately when she called. I called for a servicing and was scheduled immediately. Was in and out quickly and my AC bill came down $40 more a month since the service. Very pleased.

I called and talked to April and she set me up kept in contact with me and followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly. Ballard's HVAC, is very professional and knowledgeable, they explain everything that was going on and what was needed and why. I looked for a long time for a company to work on my AC. No one looked into everything like he did. Most of them stated there was nothing they could do for me after 5 min of looking around. That's even if they showed up. This team is very thorough, Professional, and punctual. first time they were here, they gave me some options that would work for me... we signed up for the maintenance package and if he ran into a problem while cleaning my 12 year system he would inform me and see what he could do before going the expensive route. I wouldn't go anywhere else!! Highly recommend!!
I am very impressed by the professional standards and service I have received from Graydon . April was fantastic as well, on time , very helpful and informative about my a/c evaluation. I have had a complete install from Bullard’s HVAC services. I am very impressed with everything that went on from my first service experience 2 year’s ago!!!
