I'm so happy that I found these guys. I feel well cared for and appreciate very much that no one has tried to sell me anything. Not once. When I do need to buy something though, you know I will be calling Budget HVAC for it. I'm adding on to this review - eight months later. I still love Budget HVAC -even more. I especially love the $149 annual maintenance plan that takes such good care of me. Nate just paid me my spring visit. I now have a new connector in my old AC unit but I got it with a 20% discount because I have that maintenance plan. I'm still very happy.
Joe did a great job and spent time answering all my questions
Joe was amazing! He was personable, professional, and very helpful. He arrived on time to do an A/C tune up, advised us that certain components were on there last leg and walked me through calling the warranty company to file a claim and he got right to work on it.
Terrible company. Oleh was uneducated and wasted my time and money. AVOID!
I would highly recommend this company. From scheduling to communicating with the technician everything went smoothly and my furnace was fixed very quickly. I will definitely be using them in the future!!
Service and timeliness was off the charts! Price was fair for the work done and I feel will carry my 23year old furnace at least another year!
My technician was with Sam . He was on time very professional , and he explain everything to me concerning my installation and cost. And a delight to talk to . Will be referring him to friends and family .
I used Budget through my home warranty and I was overall pleased with the experience. Oleh was courteous, professional and a good person. I ended up signing up for their maintenance plan after our interactions.
They were nice and friendly enough but the quality of service is a dealbreaker, unfortunately. Definitely give impression they work for the home warranty companies - as cheap work as possible. Ended up having to pay for repairs/diagnosis out of pocket after they didn't fix a problem, never got back about they recommendations they were going to make to warranty company, and broke the furnace door and left it covered in tape without even mentioning. Worst part was the next time when they cancelled service they didn't tell the home warranty company (at least the warranty company completely threw them under the bus) so we never even know no one was going to come out to fix the heat on the very cold day.
Joe the Budget technician is an Amazing guy, this gentleman had shoe protectors in hand. Man, when I tell you that he is real I mean it, Joe not only answered my questions but took the time to explain the WHY. My experience was so positive due to Joe, it’s not going to work for my situation but because of Joe I definitely will refer this company. He is such a plus for the Budget Heating Team. Thank you

Budget was sent to my home for furnace repairs. They were sent by my home warranty company. Let me tell you! I couldn't be more satisfied. Beverly called to set up an appointment before their office was even open. Got my furnace working the same day. Parts were needed so they came back the next day to finish the repairs. They came within the time promised. Great customer service. Well done. Thank you
Would definitely NOT recommend.Bad service.They left me without heat for 6 days .I'm a senior citizen with health issues but I guess they had to close for Thanksgiving and black Friday,Is more important. So thanks for nothing.
Another great experience and pointed out a hard to see emerging issue that could become a disaster if I did not know to monitor it! Definitely worth the cost and will save me money in the long run.
Budget is great! Extremely responsive and helpful. Very thankful that they will wear overs over their shoes and masks when inside the house.

My home warranty suggested this place to fix my ac unit! They were quick to schedule and the women on the phone were super friendly, technician arrived early in the 2hr time frame they gave, Sam was very informative, and the time the fan part was ordered to the service date was quick. We we're expecting a full week of 80 degree heat with no ac and none over labor day weekend but we were only down 3 days. Once the part came in, they scheduled to come out the next day to put it in. Sam was also very quick on installing the new fan, inspected our whole unit, and even added refrigerant since we were low. 100% would recommend.
