Just had them come out 30 days ago paid full price to have my air conditioner fixed. My air conditioner was working sometimes and not working other times. The air would blow but it was room temperature. I only needed to use the air 4 times since we had it fixed. Our air conditioner would work and then NOT work. it was doing this several times, that's why we originally called. So they changed a part and said it was fixed. Now the same problem is happening again. THE 1ST MAN MISSED THAT A BUG MADE A NEST IN THERE AND A CERTAIN PART COULD NOT WORK RIGHT BECAUSE OF IT. THEY WANT ME TO PAY THEIR SERVICE FEE ALL OVER AGAIN! SO DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THE PEOPLE THEY SEND OUT DO NOT THOUGHLY INVESTIGATE THE PROBLEM. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO KEEP PAYING SERVICE FEES FOR MULTIPLE TRIPS. THEY DID NOT CARE NO DISCOUNT OR ANYTHING. THEY LOST A CUSTOMER. it is very reasonable to expect when you pay hundreds of dollars for service that they take their time and look to find the problem. please search for the negative reviews and you will see similar complaints to mine. The person on the phone did not care at all that their company made a mistake. ALSO JUST LIKE THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS THEY USE THE AMOUNT OF YEARS THEIR BUSINESS HAS BEEN OPEN TO JUSTIFY THEIR EGO THAT THAT DONT HAVE TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THEIR MISTAKE. UNLESS THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS BETTER THEY WILL START LOSING THEM. THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE MORE RECENT.

Service man was professional and detailed. He took apart my unit and cleaned it thoroughly! Secondary heat exchanger was plugged solid thanks to our GSD. Great service and value! Will definitely use for yearly maintenance!

We had Budd Mechanical Systems check out a boiler in the area, we are VERY unsatisfied. First off, the staff at Budd Mechanical Systems were extremely rude but they kept bringing up that they have been in business for 99 years, as if being in business that long justifies being rude to the customers. The person we bought the boiler from suggested them but after this he wishes he never did. They also kept adding hours to our bill and claimed they were inspecting it for hours even though the guy we bought the boiler from was there the whole time and said they were there for less than half the time that we were being charged for. We were an out of state customer and we feel we were taken advantage of and they knew they could get away with it. We were able to negotiate a price, but it was still overpriced for what items were completed
On time knew what he was doing, got the job done at a good price
If you're looking for a place that wastes your cash and causes natural gas leaks with faulty installation this is the place for you. They'll break your stuff and bleed you dry. Good job guys!👍🏻
The absolute worst . STAY AWAY
Had a new air conditioner installed last year. The tech's were very nice, on time and there were no surprises in the final payment. They have also worked on my furnace recently, and I have been very happy with all their service.
Brian had our install done sooner when he knew our furnace quit in 18' weather. Thanks to him and the crew for showing up.
Budd was great to work with. They provided excellent knowledge to get the appropriate unit on site with the type of home I was working with. They were responsive, left the site clean, gave a highly competitive quote and were courteous to the occupants of the home. Very professional business that stands behind their work. Highly recommended.
