No call no show three times in a row. First time we called, they said they’d call back in a few minutes - never did. So we called back a day later. Second time they did schedule an appointment - never showed Called to ask about it, no answer, so left a VM. Never heard back. Called again and checked the site for any updates or different contact info— nothing. we were out of AC due to this during the hottest week in June.
Buckeye really came through for me! I used my Home Warranty Company and while that company made some errors, Buckeye came through in a BIG way for me! Kevin explained everything I should expect in regards to getting things taken care of through using a Home Warranty Company. He was straight forward on those expectations so I wouldn't be surprised later on, I truly appreciated that information. I will definitely be recommending them! While I hope all of my issues are taken care of, if needed I would certainly use their services in the future!
No call no show wont answer or will just shut off phone completely and if you do happen to get them on the phone they will hang up on you.
30 day warranty on service received, but never returned back to fix it, the company was selected by my insurance company, choicehomewarranty.

If you are using a Home Warranty company do not use this company. The 1st appointment, May 22 between 11-3pm at 3 I called I was not even on the schedule. He showed up at 5:30 pm. The repair was approved and scheduled for Thursday May 25 between 3-8 I called at 7:30 I was not on the schedule for that day. However, he did say he was going to send someone on Saturday or Sunday and of course no one showed up. I called on Tuesday May 30 in hopes to have my air conditioning fixed as it was over 85 degrees in my house, my call was ignored. The insurance called he answered the phone said he would be at my house on Tuesday night. Well no show, on Wednesday my call was ignored once again the insurance companies call was answered but they were hung up on. So this company took my service fee but performed no service. I highly recommend finding a more honest company to complete your work
I used this company for HVAC repair and an install. They were very professional prompt and very fair pricing
I’ve had great repeat experience with this company and continue recommending them to propery owners. They also offer a military or emergency responder discount. The customer care, value, and trustworthiness is something I look for and Buckey has it. Keep this company in your go-to speeding for hvac work or as your #1 backup if you pick anyone else.
