Very fast service. Had a quote and an install within a weeks time.
Needed a blower motor for our heater with a cold front moving in the next day. He ordered it for us and had it in by the next day before it got too cold. We had problems hooking it up and he sent someone relatively quick to help us out. Thank you so much. We will be using you again.

I had a client with a nail through the AC line and called BTS and they were on the job within an hour and had the problem fixed. Thanks for making me look good and keeping my clients cool during this Texas heat!
This guy is a Saint. Our AC went out on during 100 degree plus weather and we called just to see if he could take a look. He got it fixed in what seemed like less than 30 minutes and saved us from heatstroke during the night. Honest people, honest service, and that's hard to find with these types of services.
Yes they came out to look at our ac told us what was wrong, we had asked about new parts never called us so finally we called to ask about the parts and a quote on a new unit was told they would get back to us never heard from them again. And our unit was leaking
So glad I called BTS. We’re recommended by my neighborhood FB page. Was 102° on a Sunday and AC was freezing up. I was sweltering. Me and my little dog. Had to let it thaw and Tyler came promptly and charged it. Now cooling off finally. Thanks BTS for not making me sleep in the heat with no AC.
They were the only one open on Saturdays. Which was great for us since our heater stopped working late Friday to early Saturday morning a few weeks ago. The guy came out told us a part was broken and charged a minimal service fee he said he would order the part and come back and install it without further service fees. When the part came in and he installed it but he realized a main part was broken. He tracked down the part and installed it. Our furnace was made in 1990. He only charged us for the cost of the parts and the one time service fee. He was very professional and sympathetic to our dilemma. We were kept informed about the status of our parts and he even came out on a Sunday to install the last part!!! I highly recommend them!!! Our furnace is working great even better since we thought the thermostat was not working turns out the problem was the broken furnace parts. It works even better now!!!
