Second time using BTR and I must say they have never let me down. Got my heat back up and running last year and came out this morning for my air conditioning. My ac is now blowing out 45 degrees. I can’t thank this company enough.
They have been great to work with. Both Bud and Trish have gone above and beyond to service our home. We lost A/C on July 4th and even though I did not expect a response to my email on the holiday, I got one. All the work had been thoroughly explained to us, so there is complete transparency with what he is doing. They have earned our trust and our repeat business. Give them a try, you will be glad you did.
Hi, I would love to give a great rating but unfortunately my experience was not the best! BTR HVAC contacted me based on a claim submitted by my warranty. I was able to schedule an appt quickly with no problem. It wasn't until the day of the appt after leaving work early for my 1-3pm window that I received a text at 2:24pm stating that the tech was running late with no time frame of when they would get to me. After receiving a text at 2:49pm stating that I would not get any services done and asking me to take a pic of my garbage disposal for the tech so it could be ordered and reschedule my appt, I received a call. Trish R. the manager mentioned that there is another client at 4pm and the tech would only be able to come to my home to take pics of my appliance and then have it ordered then come to my home another day because he was still on another clients job and have been there for hours and they do not have my appliance for my appointment. After going back and fourth she then tells me that she couldn't reach the tech but have been trying. She will contact him to see if he can go to home depot to get the appliance but she will call me back and let me know what the tech can do. After waiting for over an hour with no callback I then received a call from my home warranty company stating that I would not be getting any services done today and I was being transferred to another company. Suggestions for the company: Obtain all the information for the claim at least 3 days before an appt or atleast the day before. Take accountability and apologize for your company's mistakes or miscommunication. Compensate your client for the inconvenience.

I can't say enough good things about the service we received from Bud and BTR HVAC. We signed up for the annual maintenance plan which provides us a visit in the summer and winter to check the system. Bud discovered an unconnected drain pipe (which he fixed), the unit was really low on freon (which he fixed), brought us a new filter (which he replaced), and discovered that the air temp coming out of the vents was too warm. After some adjustments, the air is now coming out 15 degrees colder! We actually had to turn the thermostat up last night because it was so cold in the house. :) Thanks again for everything!
I had a minor problem with the initial installation of my HVAC system. I brought this to the attention of BTR HVAC services and the receptionist was understanding and polite. They scheduled service within hours of my call and performed the work professionally and skillfully. I will most definitely use this company again for any future HVAC service needed.

Excellent service and great customer care! This was my first time using BTR HVAC and I was extremely pleased. Shortly after my ticket was submitted via my home warranty company I received a call from a rep who was able to schedule my service. She was very friendly and informed me of what to expect for my initial appointment. My assigned technician was Bud, who was great! He came over to do an assessment of my HVAC unit, which required the company to order a part for the repair. BTR kept me posted on the status of the order and the ETA of the follow-up repair. Bud returned to complete the repair and I am very pleased. He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and efficiently completed the work. I received a text notification before his arrival and he was punctual and arrived during the specified time. I was very pleased and would highly recommend BTR HVAC to others!
