Arrived earlier than expected and immediately diagnosed the problem, had parts on hand and made a quick repair. Very courteous and knowledgeable. In and out in 20 to 30 minutes. They will get the call when I have the need again.
Jordan works hard. Did a great job installing a hot water heater, diagnosing and resolving several other plumbing issues. Great response time and good communication. Would highly recommend Bryant plumbing.

I initially called Bryant due to my furnace not heating properly. When the technician went under the house he discovered a bad water leak which was streaming down onto the furnace preventing it from heating up. The technician then scheduled a plumber to take care of the leak. The plumber was able to take care of the plumbing issues and also service my furnace. All done for hundreds less than I expected. Very pleased with the service I received.

After discovering leaks in our crawl space I had Bryant come and give an estimate for repairs. Willie was so professional that I gave home the job. He showed up the next day with Scott and got to work immediately. They were both professional and knowledgeable, explaining the job they were doing. They went above and beyond.

Had a problem finding a plumber called Bryant and got a date set to do estimate. John came and did the estimate and got us set with an appointment then came back to do the job. Great work!

Selected this company based on the person that provided the estimate. The only person out of 3 quotes that actually talked me through what he was going to do. They are not the cheapest but the service person was why I selected Bryant plumbing
Receiving an unusually high water bill some four months ago, calling several plumbing companies, and paying nearly $600 to a "professional" leak detection company, in desperation I called a trusted local company with which I had been a customer for many years, Bryant HVAC. I was told the company had recently started a plumbing service. Their plumber Jeremiah "Willie" Johnson came that very afternoon, found one leak immediately that my former plumber did not, proposed a plan to install a new water line with a cost estimate, then advised to have the water meter checked for accuracy before proceeding with the costly repair. After four months of frustration in which the water company did nothing, I asked the state public services commission to intervene. Finally a new water meter was installed, the accuracy of the old meter verified, and Willie returned to confront a leak in the front yard that was comparable to several Olympic size swimming pools every month. (It turned out an unskilled plumber had installed a line above the sewer line, it leaked and drained undetectedly.) To avoid digging too close to electric and gas lines, the company revised the project, with the cost increasing $1,000. The company honored that estimate although digging through hard Bluegrass limestone must have been more costly than estimated. Throughout the four days repairing leaky toilets and installing the new water line, Willie and his partner Mikhail worked politely, respecting our property. To conclude, a major water line break can be costly, but knowing the work will be completed properly, professionally, and honestly to your satisfaction, I would highly recommend Bryant HVAC and plumbing.

John Wilhelm and McKyle Leads were great plumbers to fix the pipes that needed to be replaced. They left my home clean after finishing the pipes and the walls being opened. They were very clear with what needed to be fixed.
Master Plumber Willie was very responsive when I had need for help with a plumbing emergency. He came to my home immediately and explained the situation very clearly in a way I could understand and fixed the problem. I appreciate Bryant Plumbing having such an exemplary employee that makes sure the customers he helps are happy with his work.
