Got an a/c installed over the winter and was told they would come back out to charge the unit when the weather warmed up. Have made 15+ calls and keep getting told "I'll be out today". Still has not showed up. The home is for under contract to sell and has now failed the home inspection due to months of being put on the back burner because I paid the full amount upfront and they now have no ambition to complete their work.

Very rude very unprofessional and its a nightmare just to get an appointment!

I have called this man 3 times and he couldnt come out. finally had an appointment scheduled that he didnt show up for or call.
