Bruce Miller Air Conditioning of Fort Myers has been providing hvac services to the Harbour Pointe Condo development on Fort Myers Beach for decades. As a new owner, I have only experienced first hand their level of quality attention to detail over the past year. Ray installed a new air conditioner for me a year ago and did an excellent job, patiently explaining everything he was doing, including strapping down my roof top unit. A few weeks ago, hurricane Ian hit this area with a vengeance. FMB was all but leveled. My AC survived and the straps held. What was truly remarkable post Ian when contractors were overwhelmed and unreachable, was how available Bruce Miller was to Harbour Pointe. It felt like we were moved to the top of their very long list and recieved comprehensive care in all of our 140 units. Their efforts helped us mitigate the possibility of mold and mildew developing in the SW Florida heat & humidity. We are all so grateful to Ray and Ken for their steller service at a most vulnerable time.

These men are wonderful. My AC went out, needed a fan motor, They gave us all the options .Thought about it. Realized that my unit was almost 15 yrs old .Decided to purchase a new one .They were here in a days notice! Very professional and were such gentleman. I would highly recommended them
Ray installed my ac/furnace unit in 2015 and he returns every year to service it. He is always pleasant and does a wonderful job and he is extremely thorough. No complaints and very professional.
This is a great company with great employees. Ray is fantastic. He finds the problem quickly and explains everything clearly. They do not try to sell services that are not necessary like some other companies. Wayne and I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

Didn't call Bruce Miller first but so glad I called them second. Ken sent Ray and Gary over within hours of my call (even though they were pretty busy) and Ray found the problem right away (which wasn't what the other company said it was). A few hours later and a new fan motor and my house is getting cool once again. Hundreds of dollars less than the first estimate! Make Bruce Miller A/C your first call! I know I will next time. Bruce Miller service providers are terrific. I purchased a new AC. It was installed on time. Passed inspection the next day. After a few days, I had some problems with the AC charge levels, and the Bruce Miller folks responded immediately and fixed the problem. Good people. Good products. Good service. No drama, Momma!
Rusty and his crew are the greatest. I called right after a holiday weekend when the air quit working, they were out and had my "OLD" A/C up an running before 10am that day. No pressure to sell new equipment, just repaired what needed to be done. Great Job! Highly recommend!!! Great local small business that has been around for many years.
Ray came to my home to fix my package unit which wasn't cooling my house at all. He did a walk through checking out vents and returns, then went outside to see the unit itself. He went right to the problem first thing, he didn't even have to take the unit apart! Turns out the meters showed the unit was grossly overcharged. Ray let some of the pressure out and presto, the unit started cooling. I am so grateful to Ray and this Company!!!!!!!!!!!!
