Id like to say thank you to BRS for taking care of my sister. Im an HVAC contractor in Arkansas, however my sister lives in Chula Vista. She called me when her AC went down and after helping her as much as I could she called BRS. You guys did a great job, very quick turn around time, great value, and good quality work. Thank you so much for doing great work and being honest professionals!
Brunner and his team are honest and reliable. What I appreciated most was that they did not upsell me when inspecting my HVAC system. They changed out health and safety components that ensured our system ran efficiently and safely. I would highly recommend their services.
Yeah these guys are awesome. They gave me a good qoute and they relocated my condenser unit fan from one location to another fast and easy.
They installed my mini-split system and it works great. Bruner and all the staff are very efficient and professional they get the work done with quality and in a timely fashion.
I had BRS mechanical come out to my house and check out my HVAC system. They were quick and honest with their evaluation. He said with the new heaters, there wasn't a lot for them to check out. There were no fault codes, so he focused mainly on the AC system. They installed the HVAC system about two years earlier. As he checked the system, he explained what he was looking for and the significance of the pressures. Everything checked out fine. It was a great experience, no trying to up sell me on anything. No scare tactics that if you don't do this or that the warranty will be voided. It was just good old fashion a pleasure doing business with you. I would highly recommend BRS Mechanical for your HVAC needs. My next project for them will be a tankless water heater.
They were great. Bruno was so reputable and responsive. Had split AC installed which has been wonderful. First unit wasn’t large enough due to our high ceilings and he promptly came out, assessed the situation and fixed it. This was a year ago and while I rarely write reviews I felt I would be remiss if I didn’t give them the five star review they deserved,
BRS did an outstanding job fixing my furnace. They have made a new permanent customer with their level of service. If I could give them six stars, I would.

BRS Mechanical provides exceptional service and very reasonable prices. We have used them for many years at a couple of different homes... central heating/air conditioning, minisplits, repairs, maintenance, and even fixing mistakes caused by other installers. Always an excellent outcome. We strongly recommend their services!

Our AC was freezing up and Bruner came out in two business days. He quickly discovered that we had a filthy filter that we forgot to change. He checked everything else to make sure there were no additional problems. He was quick, kind and thorough. I’ll definitely use them again!
This is the second time we've gotten help from BRS and I am so grateful! Really quick response time in my Yelp messages, and they were able to get here the next morning. This time it turned out our 40 year old furnace was finally beyond repair, so we had to replace it. They came and looked on a Thursday and by Monday afternoon we had a brand new heater. In today's circumstances, getting quick installations is amazing. Zero complaints, excellent service.
Bruner from the get go was transparent, honest and not trying to sale you on anything. Explains pros and cons and is very thorough on all details of the work. His team installed a brand new 16 seer HVAC system, new vents, thermostat and checked all ducting in my home....all while being safe (booties & masks) the entire time. I am typically a very fickle person when it comes to making big purchases (ask my wife) and doubt everything and everyone. His proposal was transparent and straight to the point of what I said I needed. Definitely my go to person moving forward for plumbing, heating and AC needs. I recommend him and am recommending to all the people I know.
I have called BRS Mechanical twice in the last three years to service my air conditioning unit. The first time, I had another company come out first and they told me there was a big problem with the unit and quoted me over $1,000 for the repair. BRS Mechanical found that it was just a small problem and an easy fix. It only cost $150. They are SO HONEST. From now on, I will ONLY call BRS Mechanical for HVAC issues. The owner was busy the day that I called but he still made time to come out in the middle of a heat wave when he had plenty of business. They are just super responsive, courteous, and professional. I cannot recommend them enough!
Bruner came out on time and fixed my AC in 15 minutes. A huge relief. We hope not to need them again soon but if we do, we'll call these guys again!
I never wrote a review purely on the Estimate process, but in this particular case I felt an obligation to spread the word. Bruner was probably the most honest and professional person I have ever met. He was extremely straight forward and forthcoming with all information regardless if it would help or hurt his bid to replace my existing AC system with a Mitsubishi ductless. I highly recommend checking out BRS Mechanical if you are in need of a HVAC contractor.
The Technician, Baur, was very honest, responded quickly, and great at communicating what was going on. I highly recommend their service.
I got quotes from 3 different contractors about a plumbing issue. They seemed very knowledgeable and helpful on the phone. I was given different options and they walked me through the process of different scenarios. Their quoted me about 25% less than competitors. They said there wasn't any openings this week but could call me to fit me in if there's a cancellation. They called me about an hour later and said they could swing by in 20 minutes. They arrived right on time and job was done in an hour or so and it even came out a little less than I was quoted. I would highly recommended them for any plumbing issues. They accept credit cards as well.
