My amana ptac wall unit has been leaking water underneath for years now. It was a struggle to find someone in Richmond who would even just come take a look. The problem was fixed at a fair price quickly. 5 stars!

My Microwave/Convection oven was sparking when in use, and he knew instantly what was causing it. He told me what was happening and did a quick fix. Sometimes you come across someone that you know instantly you will call again for repairs. He and his partner were very professional and had very pleasing personalities. His prices are very reasonable which is also a plus. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for his type of service.

Paul has been out to help us with needed repairs several times. A few things stand out that set him apart: 1) Paul will literally go out of his way to ensure that the job is done right. He is meticulous in diagnosing issues before he makes a repair or suggestion. We were able to rest easy knowing that he wasn’t just out to sell a new product or do work that didn’t need to be done. He thoroughly explained his services to us. 2) He is also super concerned about how much folks have to spend, so he makes sure to work efficiently but with excellence. 3) He actually cares about people. When he replaced our AC unit, he made sure to explain to us what he was doing and why. He called several times through the summer and winter to make sure the unit was functioning as it should. Great customer service! If you need repair or maintenance done, or need a new AC unit, Paul is your guy! You can’t go wrong with him. Very happy with the prompt service from Browns Mechanical. He was able to check out the problem with our cloth washer and offer a very good solution. His cost for service very reasonable. I am glad we used his company for our washer service. If we have a problem in the future. This will be the company we call.

Paul has recently replaced heat pumps at 2 of my properties, plus 1 other that I gave him a reference for. He arrived when scheduled and did good work for a fair price. His communication to keep the customer aware of how the job is progressing was excellent. It is evident Paul takes pride in his work and his business, and he strives to deliver the best product he can. If there is any issue- he responds immediately and will make it right.
