Last week my AC went out the same day I was leaving to go out of town. I called frantic and he came over Monday and said it was all fixed. Thank God right? I sent payment site unseen. I drove home 8 hours with an epileptic child to come home to a house 80+ degrees and my system not fixed. I had friends checking in on my cats but unfortunately since my ac was in fact not fixed they were inside windows closed with no AC in for a week due to this. Also it put additional strain on my system.

Did not show up when scheduled. Would not answer phone calls. Would make up excuses for not coming such as he did not remember who we were and did not send a text message saying that he would be here at a certain time although we have the tax to prove it. Supposedly attempted to fix heating unit and said it could not be repaired and then try to sell us a system which he offered it at a lower price if we paid cash. told us that the unit is much older than it actually is. Another more reputable company has looked at it and says that it could be repaired possibly. He also charged a service charge which he was not supposed to do because of an insurance policy that we hold and has yet to return the charge. I would not recommend Brown heating and air to anyone.
Installed three split systems with attention to detail and made the house much more comfortable.
Calvin was very prompt and professional. My parents were without air for 48hrs. After looking on Angie’s List My parents were blessed to be connected to Browns Heating and Air. The air is now working and we are well on our way to have a Cool Air Happy Fathers Day!

Calvin came when he said he would and gave us excellent service. His price and attitude were exceptional. Calvin was careful to explain what the problem was and what the cost would be to fix it (extremely reasonable). We will be calling Brown's Heating and Air for all of our HVAC needs in the future. Brown’s heating and air was amazing. 10/10 would recommend. Both the owner and his crew were very professional, up front, and knowledgeable. They were able to install a new unit the day of realizing I needed a new unit. Prices are very fair and everything was done very nice and clean.

Got ready to go to bed last night and wife said, “it’s warm in here.” 😳 Upstairs A/C was out. Luckily Brown’s Heating & Air was here within an hour. Need HVAC repair? The folks at Brown are hard to beat. Fast, professional, dependable.

Had Calvin Brown put in a new heating and air unit for around $2,000 all together. Year-and-a-half later the heating has cost me about $1,000 because it went wrong and has been guzzling electric and the air conditioner has blown four compressors and is no longer in warranty and at this point would cost more to fix then it would to simply replace; at this point all together it has been $3,000 and a year and a half of being cold and hot while being out a lot of money.
Calvin installed a new HVAC unit for us. He was honest and professional, and his price was very fair. The quality of work was good. I'll be using him again, and referring him to friends.

Today we had an appointment with Calvin Brown to check our HVAC unit. He was on time, professional, courteous, and explained everything clearly. We will continue to use Mr. Brown for our HVAC needs well into the future and highly recommend his services!
We had a home warranty claim 6 years ago that put us in contact with Calvin. He was the only thing positive from that experience. We dropped the home warranty policy and kept Calvin's number, Thankfully! Last night our AC unit froze up and I found Calvin's number and text a question or two, after hours I might add. Calvin calls me to ask more questions and to give his availability and quote for a diagnostic visit. He was able to arrive at my front door with his COVID-19 mask at 10:15 am ready to service. Calvin is always pleasant and friendly. He completed his diagnostics and topped of the Freon, all the while explaining the what and whys of his actions. Very thorough. I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Calvin Brown, again!
Had a problem with new unit Calvin came out and brought a floor unit till the compressor in .All was under warranty. Good service
We are very happy with our new furnace and air conditioner installed by Calvin Brown. He was reliable and reasonably priced. He showed up early the first time and a little late the next time but it was not a problem and he always kept in touch. He gave us good advice, took time to explain everything and really helped us out with the whole process. Our new units are working great.
Woke up to a cold house and no heat. Called and got a live person immediately. They said they would be out between 1-2pm. Around 11 I got a call asking if it would be ok to come earlier (of course!). Calvin had the problem fixed in minutes once he got here and I scheduled a yearly service a few weeks out. Great service!
