My igniter cracked in my furnace and they met me and sold me a replacement igniter.
DO NOT use this company. He came over to "diagnostic and repair" and was at my house for about 15 minutes and said "your up and running" then left and immediately the boiler wasnt working. So I called back and he came and said now something else was broken that was going to need two new parts. Mind you, he said it broke because of the thing he fixed. Then he put me out for two week weeks and when I called said he was"under the weather" when I said he I already paid him for services he said "actually I owe you whether bill since I came back to your house" and continued on to be extremely unprofessional and rude and started s drastically calling me names. What a complete jerk. I had a bad feeling from the start and wish I would have listened to that. Now I just paid some dishonest guy $75 for doing nothing breaking my boiler further.
These guys are the best! They helped me troubleshoot my furnace on Christmas Eve after all the part supply stores were closed. It was going to be a cold Christmas and they truly saved the day. The first time I dealt with them, I’d had a bigger name company come out and tell me I needed to replace my whole a/c unit. I called these guys and they charged the unit for $300 (other guys said it would be $1,000+ and probably wouldn’t work). We had COLD air blowing all summer. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
I called them 2 times before my furnace was fixed he broke thr tubing and water was leaking on the floor so I called again he said I didn't break it call somebody else and hung up In my face i won't ever call Brown Brothers again bad bussines
Called them years ago with a ac problem, after calling a big company. The big company wanted to replace the ac unit. Brown Brothers came out cleaned the coils and I have used it for another 8 years. They are very honest I would never call anyone else. This past week they replaced my furnace and ac unit and it is wonderful.
Our air conditioner unit went out on a Saturday night in the hottest week of the year. I called Doug Brown and let me know they were a few days out but said he would come out and look at it today to see if it was something easy. He was at our house within a half hour. He then ordered a new unit and came out with his son and installed a complete new system. They are a very well oiled machine and know their business !!! I have never had better customer service in my life. They were prompt and professional and very very fair priced. I would recommend them any heating or air needs you have. You will be glad you used them. Thank you Brown Brothers for saving our family
This company is the best i have ever had for heating and cooling companies. Rail is very personable, professional and he fixed our a.c. quickly. He made us his number one priority while he was here and great prices! A+

Fast economical service.
Call them first! The first two contractors I called couldn't diagnose the problem with my furnace--even after a couple of hours of working on it. Brown Brothers got my furnace running within minutes.
Had them service my AC unit. They were on time, did a great job at a good price.
Honesty and integrity with prompt service totally satisfied I knew would be good he has my same last name LOL
