Great company and very knowledgeable.
Carlos came out exactly when he said he would be here, actually he beat us home from our work. Great guy, went the extra mile to tell us what was going on. We needed refrigerant, but and he took care of that and then he came in and cleaned our air exchange and all the components. Thank you Carlos, you are the man!
Very happy with the service. Carlos came right after I called and took care of the repair quickly. He explained everything in detail including showing me pictures of the problem before and after the repair. The charge was fair and what I expected to pay. I was so pleased with his service that I asked him to do my yearly maintenance on the system. Super nice, super personable, very knowledgable. A pleasure to work with.
We had Hiller come out last year to inspect our AC unit and the verdict was we had to replace our unit. The "ball park" cost would be just under $6,000 per the service tech. He filled our unit with a couple pounds of freon (no problem that day). I called Hiller the other day to come back out and refill the ac unit with freon (as we have not been able to replace the unit and has been a year since ac or heat ran in our condo). The customer service agent stated I would need to pay a heavy service fee visit and Hiiller could not provide a quote on the R-22 freon and that the tech would need to come out with the quote. She asked me prior to the call how Hiller could make me happy! LOL. How about remove that smiley face from your vans. Now.......I Googled service companies and saw one in our home town (Lavergne, TN) with some Great reviews, so....I called and spoke to Carlos who came out the same day (no appointment) and gave a leak test inside and out and EXPLAINED it to my wife and I in Layman Terms and some remedies to get us through the HOT summer. He filled our ac unit up with 7 lbs yesterday and explained the appx cost of a new installed unit including labor. I do not want to state the dollar amount but will say that it was appx half of Hiller (probably better quality due to the personal approach and care we saw with Carlos). Today I had to call him on an un-related issue and since the unit is old, we had an issue this a.m. There was a burnt component in the handler and Carlos fixed it to where the air was able to pump through the condo again and COOL us all (Same Day). We recommend Brothers Heating and Cooling in La Vergne, TN because if it was another technician, I promise they would not have the same compassion and care to get your home heated and cooled. I said, "Carlos....how much do we owe you for the visit and fix today"? "Aaaa...just a little car gas" (modest). He was more concerned what the issue was and we had air conditioning. Carlos, you
The cooling service from this hvac contractor is on a professional level. We recently had a problem with two units and we couldn't figure out what was wrong with them by ourselves. Glad they found the solution so fast.
