Very knowledgeable, and fair on billing imo. He was able to diagnose my ac issue in a few minutes!
After a few large HVAC companies told me my system was irreparable and tried to sell me new HVACs or wanted a fortune for repair, I contacted Mr. Brooks who sealed the leak and charged the AC at a fraction of what other’s wanted, no muss no fuss. He kept these old machines working for years and subsequently installed two new systems. He’s skilled, honest, knowledgable and personable. I wouldn’t trust this work to anyone else.

I called Bill at 8AM - by 11:30AM he arrived at the house and diagnosed the problem. He had the substitute part on his truck and made the repair on the spot. Smart, fast and frugal. He's your guy. I told him he could give my name for referrals.
While in a very hot period, our AC quit. This was during Covid and AC’s were scarce. They found one very quickly and installed a heat pump and a new air handler very quickly. I also use them on AC issues at my work.
Also installed new American standard system. Excellent workmanship, technical skills.
Brooksaire has been providing service for us for over 10 years. We can always depend on Bill for taking care of our home and our rental. He is always prompt at making appointments and does an excellent job. We are so happy to have someone we trust.
Bill is wonderful! My home warranty company set me up with someone else who never reached out. I contacted home warranty and said I wanted Brooksaire to do the work. Bill came out within an hour and fixed my AC. GREAT COMPANY AND VERY FRIENDLY. I use him for maintenance as well. An added bonus, my dog loves Bill. Always on time too!
My wife and I have used Brooksaire/Bill Brooks for several years for all of our servicing needs for our heating & air, as well as water heater maintenance. We are always happy with the service we receive from Brooksaire, he is always prompt and reasonable. The reason for my review, we recently had them install a new A/C unit and Bill did a lot of research to come up with the right unit for our house. He got us scheduled right away, because our old unit was beginning to have problems and he didn't want us to go without air in this heat. We LOVE our new A/C, thank you Bill Brooks for always being there for us! ~ Mark

These people can't drive. Using company vehicles and don't pay attention. Damn near crashed into my car. Did call to complain. Wished I had dash cam running!

Well I actually found a writing pen at home and their information was upon said pen. I looked them up and turns out they seem to be some sort of HVAC company. I just feel like their website could use a little more enthusiasm.
If I could give them no stars I would. My AC broke in the hottest part of the summer. Was told by my home warranty that this company would come out to fix my problem. I called no answer. I left a message and no call back. Called again. No answer. Gave them 48 hours and no response. DO NOT go with this company to fix your AC.

Had a service call set up today between 3-5, my warranty company set it up with BrooksAire. Bill(Brooks) called and said they could get here a little early, very courteous man. They showed up around 2, fixed my non-working AC, just a bad capacitor. His coworker Zack was also friendly and courteous. Good honest company and highly recommend.
Confirmed a service call with them by phone, and they said they're busy so had to wait about 5 days for them to come out. On day of service called and left message and emailed to confirm, and no response at all that day or after, and never showed up. Very unprofessional, and lost 5 days of AC in July! Then called Superior Air and they were great.
