Brandon and kevin are as professional as it gets. Answers every question so to leave no doubt in your mind that the repairs are done correctly and completely transparent. Mr. Brooks was at my door in less than 30 minutes after I contacted him. He was quick, yet thorough, and got my A/C unit back up and running in no time! He was priced fair, and I didn’t feel at all like he was trying to take advantage of a single mom who isn’t very knowledgeable about A/C units. He was also very mindful of my dogs, making sure they didn’t get loose while he was going in and out, and made sure to let me know to keep the dogs away when he was using certain chemicals until he had a chance to wash them away. The next day, he even checked back with me to make sure everything was still working great. Overall, I was very satisfied with his service and would definitely recommend him!
I found Brandon when I was searching for some filters!! He went out of his way to provide me the filters I needed for my home!! Brandon is so professional. His customer services is spot on with his kindness! He listens to my husband's concerns. He was our go to when we wanted a second opinion. I will hire him with no problem!!

MUCH, MUCH LOVE TO YOU ALL! Brandon came out and gave me an estimate for a whole new system. He was on time and very professional. He let me know exactly what I needed and explained it in terms I could understand. He will definitely be installing my new system 😊
Quite frankly, this is my first time writing a review and I would be remiss not to acknowledge Brandon's character and professionalism. He's quite impressive in his attention to detail and willingness to accommodate you with basic Hvac knowledge;quick story, I have an elderly widow tenant in one of my rentals. On Christmas eve (Friday)2020,temperature was low teens and single digits wind chill. My tenant called to inform me there was no heat and I immediately called Brandon, knowingly, he has a Toddler (girl)to celebrate this momentous event. Upon his arrival and diagnosis, a part was needed and all supply stores were closed on Christmas. Brandon temporarily made the system operational until the part was available the following Monday. He's a blessing to anyone who knows him.
Brandon was fantastic. Instantly knew what my problem was, gave me an accurate and fast estimate and immediately began work. He was very patient with me as I asked tons of questions and took pictures. Highly recommend!!!
Honestly, finding someone who knows what they are doing and is decently priced is hard enough, but then getting them to make emergency house calls is an entirely other beast. When my air went out upstairs, i called around and was told no one could help me for about a week! I have 2 kids who sleep upstairs so that wasnt going to work. I called Brooks Mechanical Services as a last stitch effort and Mr. Brooks was at my home within 24 hours of my call. He explained what the issue was, fixed it and even showed the hubs a thing or two to help if the issue happened again. Not to mention the bill was half of what was quoted to me by Choates. And im sure if Choates had come out, they wouldn't have offered free advice on how to bandaid the issue if it happened in the future. I am beyond pleased. He seemed to care about his customers and didnt just rush in and ring up a bill. We will be using him again if we ever have another issue!
