Just wanted to give a shout out to Brooks and Vanessa for the great job they did replacing my old gas furnace with a new Daiken heat pump. Very nice install and it works great! They are also reasonably priced! Highly Recommended!
Got wrong info on call, and when I called back, got a totally different price. I will not use them
Do not use this company. I paid them $10,000 for a mini split heat pump. They drilled holes in my wall that did not align with the unit and told me they do not do wall repair and left me to pay for it. The unit has never worked properly from the date of the installation. When you call them to help determine why the unit is not working they do not respond. They did not obtain permits as they told me they would when I had them give me an estimate. It was a bad experience all around and now I had to hire another heat pump company to fix their poor work and malfunctioning unit. In addition to getting and paying for my own permit. NEVER would I use them or recommend them. I thought a nice small local company....beware that is exactly what you get...small. local, inexperienced and non-responsive.
Efficient and on time
We recently purchased a house in which we thought we would have to replace the furnace and heat pump. We asked out Realtor for a recommendation on a good heat pump company. She sent us here. This husband/wife team really helped us out. We have never had a heat pump before and they were able to come to our home the same day we called as ours was seemingly not working. Not only did they tell us we did not need a new heat pump but they also took the time to help explain how to use ours. They did not sell us this heat pump and we don't know them but they made sure we would be warm when it was in the teens this winter. They responded quickly to all my texts and as soon as the part came in to get our pump working normally again they immediately came out and fixed it. They really care about their customers and potential customers and that care shows. We now have a warm home to live in and are very happy with them. We will use them Going forward
Installed a faulty heat pump. For months told us to reset the circuit breaker every time it failed. Eventually revealed unit's circuit board was recalled, having made no effort to proactively inform us of that. Generally argumentative and unprofessional.
I cannot tell you how grateful I am for Brooks and Vanessa! They installed a ductless heat/air system in my home last month, and they did an exceptional job. They are also friendly, courteous, honest, and professional with many years of experience in the heating/air business. I cannot thank them enough!

Brooks and Vanessa make a FANTASTIC team. They work so great together and have quite the system to how they get the job done. I called to make an appointment and they set me up the next week and everything was completed in 1 day! Amazing prices, great customer service and most importantly, HONEST WORK. We purchased the Daikin 16 SEER heat pump and highly recommend it to others. THANK YOU!!

Called them to help troubleshoot my HVAC system as I had a 800 dollar electric bill awhile back. They came out, checked my pressures and they said they seemed normal but who really knows now. Then we checked my emergency heaters and they were stuck on, bingo, that's the thing tripling my electric bill, so they replaced the sequencer, and charged me 200ish dollars, all seemed fine. The next week the same problem, heaters stuck on, glowing red with the fan off. We texted some trouble shooting ideas. That was 6 months ago. So I put in a new thermostat and new defrost control board myself, and still no luck. At this point I'm by myself, months later, approaching winter with my emergency heaters disconnected and no response from the company. Today, I figured out the problem. A small peice of scrap sheet metal from the duct work found its way into the heat strips and was shorting out one of the elements. Removed it, put everything back together, problem solved. A simple continuity test between the chassis and the heater terminals would have found that problem in 5 seconds during there visit. Also I want to thank them for affording me the opportunity to learn way to much about my homes HVAC system.

I contacted a few of the big HVAC companies for a bid on a heat pump install. Some didn't return my call, others we're 2 weeks out for a bid. Brooks came out, & showed from the start that they know Thier business. Great to support a local business ! Great Job! Richard.
Brooks and Vanessa are amazing and have excellent customer service! Our furnace stopped working and we were freezing they came out the same day we called because they had the part on their truck and fixed in no time for a very affordable price. Completely recommend Brooks Comfort Zone!
Brooks and Vanessa have done work for us twice now! We called after we moved into our house to get a quote for a new gas furnace, A/C, and tank less hot water heater after getting many quotes before that were just out of our price range. They not only were great at explaining everything, but they had the best price in town!!! They were knowledgeable and got the work done in a timely manner.
