I recently had issue with my HVAC and they were able to come out and thoroughly diagnosed that my HVAC needs to be replaced. Then I got quotes from them and multiple other HVAC contractors for HVAC replacement. Their price was the most competitive and they replaced it within a day. I would say that they are very professional and responsive. I liked doing business with them and liked their service overall. I would definitely recommend them.
Brogan came out and serviced my HVAC in East Brainerd. He and did a great job and was a great price. I highly recommend Brogan for HVAC repairs or maintenance in the Chattanooga area.
We called Brogan Heating and Air when our AC went out, he came by within hours of receiving our call and had our system repaired in no time at all and for a reasonable price. We will definitely be using them when it comes time to replace the system. I can’t recommend them enough!!
Very knowledgeable and professional
I couldn’t be more happy and impressed with the service I received from Glenn and his son. I got a quote from someone else a coworker recommended before I called Brogan. I always get at least two estimates on any big job. Then I went online and saw the excellent reviews Brogan had, and decided to call. Glenn came the same day. His solution was the same as the other technician, I needed a new unit, but his quote was almost $2K less. When I called him back to let him know I was ready to do the job, it was an afternoon, and he had the unit installed the next morning. It’s almost impossible nowadays to find this type of professionalism and fairness in price. I can’t recommend them enough. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.
AC died on us last night. We called Brogan and Chad responded to our issue today. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He identified the issue quickly and got us up and running with in the hour! He explained the process of what he was doing and what we needed to do on our end to help expedite the fix. I highly recommend Brogans and Chad!
AC went out in upstairs. Called Glenn around 8:00 a.m. He was already busy throughout the day, but said he would make sure to fit me in. He came out and refrigerant was low. Tried charging but it turned out the unit (22 years old) was just shot. Glenn said it would probably be Monday before he could get it in. Then, on the phone with a supplier, he said he may be able to get it in on Sunday. By the time he left, he said it would be tomorrow (Saturday). However, one of his guys, Tanner, volunteered to help and they came right back over after running out to pick up the unit. Installed & cooling within 4 hours . . . of his initial visit. These guys really are excellent at what they do, and they genuinely care about the job they do. Like the sign says, "You gotta call Brogan". He will take care of you.
Nicholas came out to our home in Dayton, TN for system maintenance. They did a great job! Found a minor issue fixed and did not over charge. Would recommend and use again.
Brogan did a top notch job for me. He worked with me on getting the unit I wanted at a good price. My 5 ton unit was replaced in one day. He even sent a tech out to swap out and program the thermostat I wanted. Job well done. Highly recommended.
I needed a 2 ton split unit and a 2.5 ton pkg unit replaced. Brogan's came out and discussed my options, then came back the same day to install, clean up and had the old units hauled off. Excellent work! The guys are great! Very knowledgeable and professional! Highly recommend!
Super pleased with Brogans! They showed up on time and completed the job without so much as a hiccup. Very professional. Even submitted our warranty registration for us. It's the little things that make a big difference.
I called for service on a Thursday of a cold snap. My worry was the weekend and not getting anyone until next week. Called around 11am and left a message. Got a call back in less than 15 minutes. I figured it would be a couple of days to get service since it was a cold snap and this is when everyone finds out their heat does not work. They were out within an hour. Chad worked in the cold rain to get the heat up and running. No BS, no extra charges, just honest and efficient work. A reasonable charge for the work. Very professional, very nice and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this company and I will be using them for my routine maintenance and service going forward.
I called Brogan’s due to no heat in my house on a cold morning. They were at my house within the hour and had the problem diagnosed within a few minutes. What I like best is the solution was not complicated and I could complete it myself. Glen took the time to give me guidance with ordering the correct part. He could just as easily insisted that he do the work. Instead, he charged me only a $29 service call. I’ll save over $600 doing the work myself! When it comes to HVAC, there’s plenty that I would not be comfortable doing myself. For those jobs, I will most definitely be calling Glen again.

Glen Brogan and his team installed an AC/Heater unit in our home today. They were professional and very easy to work with. One of the guys is here still cleaning! I highly recommend them.

Glen did a great job and we appreciated all his hard work. He is easy to get a hold of and communication is clear and straight forward. We were in a pitch with our A/C unit going out in the heat of summer and he was able to get it replaced the next day. I would recommend him to anyone.
