Onaidi is overall wonderful and always on time for no matter what you need. Day to evening and figures out the problem within the hour. He is very honest and knows exactly what he is doing. I would choose Brocard over any company in Arizona. The best hands down. AC Guy always for any problems for life.
My ac not stopped working late afternoon on July 3rd. I called this company and the ac guy came on time. He fixed our air less than an hour. The guy is knowledgeable and explained everything to us. Plus the price is reasonable.

Onaidi was friendly, professional, efficient in performing his job. He has performed work for our office and now at my home, I recommend him to anyone who wants an honest diagnosis of their AC system and repair costs.
The best. I called after 5pm. Was at my house within 30 minutes. Quickly diagnosed the repair needed and had all needed parts with him (and gave me options which parts to choose). Had it repaired within 30 minutes of arrival. This was after other companies told me it may take a week to get parts in. Not only that, he pointed out some wiring issues with the AC unit and repaired for no cost. Very trustworthy and will call Brocard for any and all future AC needs.
We called Brocard on recommendation of our neighbor. Onaidi picked up the phone right away and came over the same day. After 1 of the bigger companies tried to rip us off, Onaidi provided us with the best service and showed exactly what the actual problem was and saved us money and repaired it the same day. We are very grateful for the high professionality Onaidi showed us. Receiving the receipt and the pictures of the work before and after he repaired it, was great for our personal record. He was at our home at the exact time he told us and the amount of time it required he was spot on. All over great company and I would recommend them and use them myself again!
Onaidi was amazing! He really put me at ease and explained to me everything that he was doing concerning my AC unit. I felt very comfortable and appreciated the upfront honestly of the potential repair cost for everything. Most larger business will try and take advantage of the lack of knowledge of their clients to squeeze all of the money that they can out of them. But not Brocard, they were amazing and would 10/10 recommend!

Onaidi is the best- always prompt, professional and on point. I’ve had the service plan in place and regular maintenance set up for 2 years. If you need work on your HVAC, this is the guy/company you want.
