Excellent service from a totally knowledgeable technician. Highly recommend.
Our AC went out during the hottest week of June on a Thursday - I called around to a couple of local companies and they weren't able to come out to our house until the next Monday. However, when I called Bright Heating & Air, Matt let me know he could be out that same afternoon to take a look at it. He confirmed that it needed replacement. He went above and beyond by providing 2 temporary window AC units so we wouldn't have to be put out of our house (we have a 15-month old and this was greatly appreciated)! He helped by providing an estimate to our insurance company, and once we confirmed that the systems were covered, he installed a new AC and furnace cleanly and quickly. We now have a much more efficient system and the peace of mind that comes with new equipment. I highly recommend giving Matt a call if you're ever in a pinch with your HVAC system! Matt showed up when our AC couldn't keep up in a heat wave and now our system works great cooling our home. They were on-time, professional, and straight with me, while getting me the best possible deal through my home warranty company. They worked it out so that my AC was fixed and all I had to pay was my mandatory service fee. I will go with Bright Heating & Air for all my HVAC preventative maintenance and repair needs from now on.
Matt at Bright did a fantastic job diagnosing our air flow issues. He was very knowledgeable and explained the work to be done in detail. He even worked with us as I requested custom air vent covers. Outstanding service, would highly recommend.
Responsive customer service got us scheduled in no time. When Matt came out he answered all my questions. Had the issue identified in 2-3 minutes and fixed moments after. A true gem - I'll keep him on speed dial for the future!
I had Matt come out and replace my all electric heat furnace/AC system with an electric heat pump. His price was very reasonable and even helped me out with SWEPCO incentives to knock back the cost that other contractors didn't pick up on. Highly recommend Bright and will be using them for all HVAC needs for myself and my rentals from here on.

We had several companies give us estimates for our HVAC replacement. We were looking to replace our aged system with a basic new one. Matt from Bright Heating & Air won our job by offering things that others didn't such as telling us that our electric provider was giving rebates for more efficient systems. He was able to upgrade us from basic to better for less money out of pocket! He handled all the paperwork and contact with our provider and the rebate was approved ASAP. That and other details such as re-routing the condensation drain line and breaking up and hauling away the concrete pad from the old outside unit are other things that previous bidders had not even mentioned. Our new unit was installed in one day, thoroughly checked out and the site cleaned up. Matt and his crew from Bright are professional, courteous and prompt. I have no problem recommending that you should contact Bright Heating & Air for HVAC needs!
I had an air conditioning unit that I needed moved. I did not know the complexity of the operation, but they did. Matt came out and properly disconnected the unit and put it away for temporary storage. When I was ready, he came back and put it back in place testing the system extensively to make sure that it worked well in ints new setting. I was real happy with Matt and his work, and would recommend him to anyone who wanted someone who is knowledgeable and professional to work on their air-conditioner. Thanks Matt! (from Bill Brown) B.

Bright Heating and Air did a fantastic job. My heat went out in my house and they were quick to get on the job. They had to go through the eves of my house to install the new heater, which I assumed would cost a small fortune and take quite some time, but I was wrong! They not only finished the job that day, they did a quality job for an affordable price. If you have any issues with your heat and air I highly recommend Bright Heating and Air, you will not be disappointed!
