We have used Brian's heating and cooling as one of our preferred vendors in our property management business for over 5 years. They are very organized, professional and timely and have provided spot on service, repairs and new systems on many of our properties. We refer them and have been very happy with the quality. Brian is a stand up guy.
Doesn't honor his bid and quoted me $200 higher than UV system priced on his website. This guy plays games.
Very quick response on a weekend. Notify me and show me problem. They carry the parts for repair so no waiting. Very reasonable for a Sunday repair.
I am super pleased with Brian's Heating and Cooling, and will keep them on my list of companies to use in the future. My a/c stopped cooling yesterday evening and I found them by doing some online research. Their reviews are what made me decide to contact them first. I actually used the chat feature on their website and someone spoke with me after 9:00 on Father's Day night. I was surprised and very grateful. They contacted me this morning to make sure I was still available for a service technician to come troubleshoot the issue. George was here by 9:00am and resolved the problem (which was ants!) within 30-45 minutes. He also cleaned the drain and coils while he was here. Reasonable price for such quick and thorough service in the Texas summer. Thank you Brian's!!
I called Brian's heating and cooling for a new construction inspection. They were very professional and willing to answer questions.
Brian and his team were incredible. You cannot go wrong using Brian's Heating and Cooling. I needed a new system due to 19 year old system going out, Brian checked my home and got me a great quote on a new system. The team that came out and removed my old system and installed the new system. They did a great job and where very professional and courteous. I can't say enough great about how this whole experience was.
We had Brian’s Heating and Cooling come out to clean our ducts, and WOW, they did the fantastic job! The technicians were respectful of our home during a messy job. One of them even borrowed a broom to sweep up the inevitable plaster that falls when you’re unscrewing ducts from the ceiling. They educated us on the types of things they look for when cleaning, and explained that most of the heavy dust was being caused by a lack of seals between the vent and ductwork - which newly passed laws in Austin now require. The gentleman also checked our two filters and physically showed them to me so I could see that they were in great condition still (this is a rental that has so far had a ton of problems) and so I could jot down the sizes when it was time to replace them. Overall I’ve rarely seen such communicative and respectful technicians!!! It’s been just over 24 hours and we are all breathing better, plus I see less dust accumulating already, when previous cleaning of bathrooms, dusting, etc would result in a thin layer within a day. I will 100% keep Brian’s Heating and Cooling in mind when we purchase our own home! Thank you guys!!!!
I am pretty tuff to please. Brian was highly recommend and I can see why. Professional responsive and on time service and clean work! Definitely will recommend him. He has my stamp of approval.
We highly recommend Brian's Heating & Cooling! Brian and his staff are courteous, professional and they exceeded our expectations when our AC unit stopped working at 7p on a 100-degree day. We got calls from both Evelyn and Brian within 30 minutes of leaving a message with their 24-hour answering service. Brian came out first thing the next day and confirmed our outside unit needed to be replaced. He gave us four options and his prices were lower than what our previous HVAC contractor had quoted. We chose an upgrade to our current equipment and within a couple of hours, Jorge came out to replace the unit. Jorge did a great job and then came back an hour after completing the installation to relocate the equipment a few feet away, per my husband's last-minute request. Brian, Evelyn and Jorge made what could have been a nightmare situation into a quickly resolved and pleasant experience, plus we got great value for our money. Excellent customer service, professionalism and value are what every customer wants, and Brian's Heating & Cooling provided all three to us. We will definitely call on Brian's for our future HVAC needs.

There's a review from 2 weeks ago that a "Robert Castaneda" wrote that is literally the exact same experience I just had. This can NOT be a coincidence. Please, public, beware. This company is dishonest and attempting to scam the public out of thousands of dollars if they can get away with it. And this in the middle of a pandemic when they know people might be hurting. It's unforgivable. Anyway, like that other review, they came out to the house, told me coil had to be replaced, told me there was no freon in the system. Something sounded off, so I called out a tech I knew and trusted. He informed me the system was actually full of freon and that the coil worked just fine. He got the air back working, whereas Brian's Heating and Cooling was happy to just leave my tenant to bake in her 100 degree house. I called in to complain, talked to the owner. Could tell the owner had no interest in being honest about the situation. I either own or manage two dozen properties in the general area---very rare you find this level of deceitfulness, trust me when I tell you this. Lord knows where they got all these good reviews, but there are ways to do that illegitimately that I'm sure these people employed. Shame on this company from top to bottom. I swear, on the health of my family, that the above is all true, accurate and a fair accounting of what happened. So sad. Just so, so sad.
I have used Brian's on 2 occasions and both times they have been able to come out for diagnostics and repairs very quickly, especially in the middle of the hottest time of year. Thank you, thank you, thank you for getting my AC up and running again so quickly!!
STAY AWAY!!!!!! Thieves!!!!!! We were having issues with our ac not cooling properly. Brian's repair men came out and looked at our system. They said our Freon was low, something may be blocked, and bad coil in attic. They could add leak stop formula in line and would cost 500 and may not work. For over 1200 dollars they could replace coils in attic and ac would work. Had feeling they were lying so called someone else for second opinion. Called a reputable AC repair company and they did fantastic job. There was nothing wrong with my ac system. The builder who installed it did horrible job and left many fitting and lines loose. So once they were all tightened my ac system worked like brand new.

Had some communication issues, and the repair performed ended up having a small leak. Was initially very frustrated but Brian reached out quickly to make the situation right. Rewriting my review for this reason.
Kept my old unit running through the weekend, then replaced it on monday so everyone stayed cool.
