I have known Brent Flower for several years now. He is a man of impeccable morals and high standards. He has installed a central AC/Heat air duct system in my home with thermostat and numerous mini ductless AC units. I cannot say enough about the quality of his work. My home is now “SO” comfortable during our extremely hot summers. His prices for service and install were very fair and reasonable. He has also set me up for a regular notification and maintenance/cleaning schedule, to get the most efficient an longest service life out of my new equipment. I could not be more pleased with the high level of professional service I have received from Brent. I never have to be concerned about heat/cool issues again. The work is impeccable and immediate support service, if necessary, is only a phone call away. His answer or return telephone call has always been immediate; that says so much. Brent Flower is my AC/Heat service professional, for life. Thank you so much, Brent!
I've used Brent numerous times now, and don't plan on using anyone else. The first time he came out in a pinch on a weekend because our air conditioner had gone out... and he was honestly the 10th or 15th place I had called. Now he's the only place I call. He's, quite frankly, top-notch.
Our AC went out just as it was heating up. We called another company first. The guy came out and was not able to get us cooling. Said we needed a new unit. I called Brent next. He was out in 2 hours, and while he agreed we needed a new unit, he did what he could to get us cooling temporarily. He replaced my unit a few days later. He did an excellent job! He took the time to re-route some wacky drain lines that interfered with access, and added a legitimate clean out, which he showed me how and when to use. As far as price, the other two estimates I received were much higher for a lesser quality unit. Definitely a five star experience! Clean, professional, highly competent, and honest! We have our AC guy for life.(I did feel bad though, he worked through lunch and without realizing, all I offered was ice water.)
Brent takes care of my business for a long while now. I was having issues with an old mini split - he installed a brand new on and in a different location in the hair salon. I told him where I wanted the air to hit and also over all how it gets in there with the seasons - it’s MORE than perfect !! Nice neat and in a timely manor ! He just started to do our AC stuff at my home as well and we are all extremely happy ! Pricing is extremely competitive but usually just under everyone else and when I say that I mean it bc I have used EVERYONE as I have never been happy . He is timely, friendly , family man & man of God & idk about you but I don’t like being creeped out by some of these HVAC guys so to feel comfortable and safe around him is huge for me and my family these days and my clients in the salon full of women !!!!! 100/10 recommend !!
Service person was very courteous and informative. He clearly explained what was needed. He was honest and I can depend on him for future service to my system.
Brent’s Top Notch AC and Heating is hands down the best AC/HVAC/Heating company in the San Antonio Metroplex area that I have experienced as a home owner. He is very professional and the quality of his work is second to none. He doesn’t miss any detail and keeps the job very neat, with thorough post job clean up. I have used Brent’s services for several years now, from maintenance on my entire AC/Heating system to most recently when he did an entire AC/Heating and Duct system replacement. He upgraded my system to the latest and most efficient equipment in the industry and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results and looking forward to noticing the savings in my heating and AC expenses. His prices are very reasonable for the quality of work he does. His extensive certifications makes him very knowledgeable in the industry and with latest systems. I’m very confident in his recommendations based on my needs. Friendly personality and great to work with. Most importantly, he is always very responsive to unexpected emergencies and follow up maintenance. Keeps his appointments. Highly recommend him. I will not use any other company moving forward.
