Breezeway was contacted by our homeowners insurance to replace our blower motor and heat strips. We paid $1800ish for these repairs. 45 days later, the blower motor was acting up and our local guy confirmed that the heat strips had not been replaced. I contacted Troy at Breezeway who did the repairs, and he said there was no way it was the blower motor (even though our local guys told us it was not installed correctly). He refused to come inspect the unit and told us to contact our homeowners insurance. We did, and after several weeks our insurance company said they had to move on to someone else, because Breezeway wouldn’t come back to our house due to “scheduling issues”. The new inspector confirmed that the blower motor was not installed correctly, and he was able to correct the wiring while he was here. He also confirmed that the heat strips had not been replaced. Troy/Breezeway had fraudulently charged us for heat strips and the installation labor. It took another month or so for our homeowner’s insurance to get Breezeway to come back out and do the repairs we paid for, in full, almost 2 months prior.

I do not recommend this company. I also wouldn't work for them. They have a licence out of Kansas but they don't have one here. UNPROFESSIONAL is all I have to say.

They installed a 2-ton Heat Pump that had a difficult approach from the house to the unit. They did a wonderful job, beautiful duct work and a great clean up. Excellent work at a reasonable price.

They have always been on time. And great work at a very good price. They have repaired our commercial ice maker that sales 20 and 16 lb bags. As well as our home unit.

These guys were awesome. I can't recommend them enough. They helped me fight my home warranty company and got my AC fixed fast and correctly. Life's a breeze with Breezeway.

Most unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. The contractors showed up on the date they were scheduled to come out and diagnoses the problem with the AC on time. This is the only positive thing I can say. The contractors wore no masks during a pandemic however we the consumer did. Breezeway employees gave us no paperwork, report or estimate on their findings. The Breezeway employees struggled with basic measurements to accurately size up new AC equipment needed for replacement. Breezeway did not submit findings and report to insurance company for 7 days. Fortunately, we were able to get another contractor to come out, diagnose the situation, discuss finance options and schedule the installation of new equipment in those 7 days we were waiting on Breezeway, LLC to respond. Numerous calls were made over 7 days, and Breezeway never responded or bothered to return calls or emails. I definitely DO NOT recommend this company. They do not even deserve 1 star but unfortunately you can't submit a review with NO stars.

Had Breezeway out to repair my AC. They were on time and professional. They took the time to explain the repair and completed quality work. Done right the first time!!

Thanks for completing the task. After a month of a terrible tech you came and rescued the day in a timely manner.

Pro: they showed up to an annual HVAC maintenance agreement visit and presumably maintenanced my units Cons: 1. They didn't even bother to replace my air filters instead telling my wife that they needed to be changed. I know they needed to be changed which is one of many reasons I pay for this service! I discovered this all this morning because my A/C was whistling (struggling) and I didn't understand why until I pulled out the dust-packed air filter. Breezeway listen closely: the reason people pay for this service is so they don't have to do it themselves. And your competitors (Middleton/Airmasters) replace the filters every time and I know this because I used to hire them for this service, and will have them do it in the future because of your half-a** service. 2. They decided it was ok to train their staff during my inspection, but we paid the same, and have to wait the extra time for this all to happen.

Our home warranty company (First American) assigned Breezeway to our HVAC claim. It is Friday morning and 28F degrees outside and they are not available to come out until Tuesday afternoon, four days from now. The low on Monday is supposed to be 23F and Tuesday, 19F. We can either pay an additional fee for after hours call or look forward to frozen, busted pipes and no heat for the foreseeable future. This feels awful lot of like extortion on top of awful customer service.

Poor Communication. Technician was to arrive at my house at 10:00. After 15 minutes of waiting, I called and was told the technician would not be at my house until at least another 30 minutes. Would have been nice to know he was running behind before I left my job to meet him at my house.

This company was very prompt and professional. I called them and they were at my home within the hour. The rep fixed the problem quickly and the price was reasonable, I would definitely use them again for any future work.
