Terrible customer service, job was not done properly, the guy wanted more money to fix what wasn't completed. Even after coming out a second time, giving us attitude, and requesting more money to complete an incomplete job, weeks later we found out the initial problem still wasn't fixed even after paying hundreds of dollars. Avoid this company

My air condition stopped working. In the middle of the night while my house was super hot I filled out a form to get help. Jack called me at about 8am to schedule a visit. He was at my house within a couple hours and diagnosed the issue. He let me know what was going on and best/worst case scenarios depending on if he found additional issues once he started taking more apart. I had an appointment and had to leave. Jack needed parts and an electrician to join him on the call to complete the repair. We communicated later in the day & scheduled they’d be back in the morning the following day. Jack called me, came to my home with a colleague electrician & got everything working. No additional issues were found and his quote of the costs for the repair were on the lower end of the range he gave me. I have a complicated system that they were going to look into more but for my primary issue fixed. I’m more than happy with the work that was done and how quickly it was completed. Not only that, both Jack and his colleague Mike were very nice, respectful and put shoe covers on before I had to ask! I will use them again!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! My furnace had issue on Christmas eve day. Furnace was blowing but not hot air and by 8am, thermostat was reading 46 deg. Started calling furnace repair companies. Got couple of responses but each had already a few backlogs to service. Finally called Bree's. Jack answered and said he can come over in 30m. I was surprised by his promise of turnaround. Jack came to my home after an hour and half or so. He started looking at the furnce and did so for atleast 20m. And when I asked him what is going on with furnace, he immediately said he have bad news for you. Jack said circuit board is broken and the part costs around $650 (and with install fee total of $725). I was taken back and started asking few questions. But he insisted it is the bad board. Then he gave me more bad news. Said, circuit boards are not easily available and only few stores sell them and he usually get them from a store in Detroit and its not open at the moment. Jack said we will be without heat until Tuesday morning (27th). Apparently all stores are closed on Christmas Eve and wont open until Tuesday. I pressed him more and suggested few stores. He immediately said they won't have it. Then I suggested Repair Clinic. Jack said they will have it but he already tried calling them and got no answer. As RepairClinic was close to my home, I suggested I would go and get it. Immediately he started acting strangely. Jack said he needs to go and attend another service call and cannot spend another minute at my place. As I did not have heat and I need his service/help, I said I understand and agreed to call him the moment I have the part. Jack took his $150 visit fee and left. I went to repair clinic and bought the circuit board for $195 (not $650 like he asked). While I was at RepairClinic, another furnace repair company called me and checked if I still needed help? Initially, they were quick to install a new furnace. However, I learned that he did not pull a permit. When I tried to contact him to get a permit, he started ignoring my calls. I had to use my wife's phone, which he answered on the first ring. He finally pulled a permit for me at the cost of $400, but he used a different company to pull it. My assumption is that he did this because he is not licensed. After my inspection, the city required a b-vent and a chimney liner to pass, which he said he would do, but again ignored every phone call I made. Never using this company again.

I had this company install my new air conditioning unit. Install was great and service was great. The system broke down shortly after that and the service has been horrible. Unresponsive, doesn’t show up when they say they will be here. We had to pay for the part that was under warranty up front and now it is almost a year later and I’m still waiting on my money. They will not respond to our messages, I do not recommend this company
