Jacob, Kyle, and Harley were great! Very professional, quick, and friendly. They got in and got the job done well. Very pleased with the company and their response time. They were out within twenty four hours to replace my unit. Highly recommend them!

We had a brand new deck installed and they used a hose to clean the A/C unit which caused muddy shoe prints on the steps and deck. They cleaned every speck of mud off both the deck and steps. They went above and beyond. Thanks for your professional service. Highly recommend these folks.

Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Zeroed right in on the problem and explained everything clearly and concisely. Our old system was installed improperly causing it to burn something inside of the furnace which was putting carbon monoxide into our home. The company has been that installed the old unit has been out several times because of issues but did not resove them obviously. I am currently waiting for another person to come out and get the ball rolling on a new installation. The tech has not been gone half an hour and the other person has already called and will be here in 25 minutes. Could not be more pleased so far. I noticed Breckenridge Heating and Cooling has a 5 star rating and not 1 negative review. Update: We had the pleasure of being taken care of by Kasie, Tyler, Frankie, Harley and Jacob/Jake. The coil on top of the old furnace was too big for the heating unit but they were able to get the proper size in the same brand and color. If a furnace can be beautiful, ours is. They also found 2 gas leaks from the previous installation and fixed them. Their troubleshooting abilities, knowledge of the industry and customer care are stellar. I highly recommend them. I won't ever go to anyone else and will be recommending Breckenridge Heating and Cooling to all friends and family. They respond quickly to calls and follow up from the office to ensure satisfaction.
