Mario and his helper with this company, are amazing, they did wonderful job at my home , they are more knowledgeable and professional, previously I used another plumbing company , they were not able to fix my issue despite paying more, but Mario with legacy plumbing did proper diagnosis and fixed issues. I would always recommend Legacy plumbing to everyone.
Not professional at all! Left a mess beyond And since the work is under! I am concerned I paid them! Thinking they would come and cleaned! The road was all torn! Holes everywhere!
Had an issue with a rusted kitchen sink drain/leak. I gave Brazos Legacy a call and they were able to come out the same day and fix/install a new drain. The work cost what they said it would. Mario & his assistant wore masks and were very professional. I will defiantly use them again when plumbing service are needed.
Mario was the only plumber in town to answer my calls during the snow storm. He was totally swamped during and after the storm repairing leaks from the freeze, but he was nice enough to come somewhat last minute on a weekend to help fix my sink. He also helped flush out some metal build up in my pipes that I wasn’t aware of and even came back weeks later to install an additional a splitter under the sink to attach to my dishwasher.
Customer service is second to none!! Not only was my problem fixed, but I was informed of the cause and how to prevent it from happening again in the near future. Quality work done right the first time 👍 Mario fixed a problem others couldn't!!
