Prompt, professional and took care of my issue quickly.
Brandon has great service and good prices. We had him install a new HVAC system at our home. He talked me through a bunch of questions that I had (numerous emails) and got the job done on time and well once we made a decision. Because of this good experience, we'll use him to install a new HVAC at a rental property as well next week. Highly recommend. Thanks man! We appreciate you!

I found Brandon to be very honest,trustworthy, and dependable. Had a unit replaced and he did a wonderful job. Was quick to answer any questions that I had.
Installed a new mini split units and it's leaking water and he repaired another unit and he didn't fix it either he only made it run worse and I had to pay another company to come out and fix it right because he would not answer the phone after I paid him.
Repaired gas heat on Christmas Eve just before the extreme cold hit. Obtained parts even though parts store was closed. Replaced igniter. Got us back up and running before extreme cold hit on same night.
If you have an issue with your HAVC just call Brandon. He was very quick and professional. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly and at a reasonable price.
Brandon is extremely professional, quick, affordable, and knows what he is doing. Had 3 other service companies come out to my house and no one was able to fix the problem. They all replaced parts and didn't really diagnose the true issue. Brandon was able to get the unit diagnosed and back up within a couple of hours for half the cost of the other guys. You are a wallet saver! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Brandon was very friendly and professional. He was able to get my heat pump repaired in a couple of hours--that's including a trip to get parts. I truly appreciate his quality of work and willingness to get me up and running in the same day as my service call. I would highly recommend him!

A different heating company came out (I won’t publicly name which one) but told us we needed an entire new circuit board which we had replaced with them a couple years prior. We would have gone without heat for days and had to order an expensive part once again. Brandon came out and diagnosed the correct issue and it was not the board. He was able to get the heat on in 10 minutes and saved us hundreds. I am grateful to have found him, as he was honest, came to our house on a Sunday!, and fixed the issue quick and with a great price. I recommended him to friends and family that same day. Call Brandon if you need any HVAC help!
Brandon is knowledgeable. He listened to what my concerns were, explained the options in layman’s terms, and was happy to make the repairs fairly quickly. He and his helper did not leave a mess, were very courteous, and efficient. His price was also reasonable. I am setting calendar reminders in my phone to have him return for cleanings and system maintenance.
Brandon did good job and take his responsibility if the problem happens again.
Brandon is very reliable. He has installed and serviced multiple units for us. We have a few rentals, Always returns calls immediately and shows up and does a job when he says he will. Very dependable, You won’t be disappointed!
Brandon showed up late several times and was a no show once. He put a new unit in for us and was supposed to fix the duct work on the house. He gave us a price for all of that if we would pay him cash. We agreed. After he finished putting in the unit, he came to my work to pick up the cash. He said he would send my husband a receipt, but we never received it. I asked him about the duct work, and he said he fixed one and did not see anymore. I thought that was strange because my husband had told him there was five that needed to be fixed. I went ahead and gave him the cash because we knew him, and he said he would come back in a few days to see where the rest where. He showed up a few days later and talked to my husband. He crawled back up under the house after I told him were the duct work needed to be fixed. He came back out and told my husband he needed more money to fix it. We explained that we had already paid him to do that. He got mad and walked away from husband during their conversation. My sister had put a review up and he got mad. He asked us to have her take it down and he would come back to fix it. After she took it down, he never showed up. My husband text him and he said you should get someone else to fix it. I would not recommend him to anyone. He is a liar and very unprofessional.
Seriously don't hire him he will take it money and lie about work being completed then when u catch him refuse to do it unless I pay him more.
Brandon deserves 10 stars. My elderly father in law who lives in Harrison called me complaining that his AC quit working. I live 500 miles away so no way could I help him over the phone. Brandon was recommended to me by a friend in Chattanooga so I gave him a call. With in a couple of hours he was at the house and had the problem taken care of. He found a loose wire on the contactor and tightened it up. I own an AC company in Florida so I know how easy it would have been for him to take advantage. Brandon also washed the outdoor coil and flushed the drain . Great work Brandon . THANK YOU . We need more honest and professional guys you in our trade.
My dad is 70 years old and his air had quit working and he has copd and was having trouble breathing without his ac this summer so we called Brandon’s heat and air and he came right out and fixed my dads air for him and was so nice and professional . Thank you
My furnace problem was a true puzzle. Brandon kept at it until the problem was solved! Very polite and responsive.
Had a appointment between 11:00 - 3:00, I called at 3:15 and asked if he was going to show up, he said no I ain’t coming, I asked why he hadn’t called me and what’s the problem, he just said, get somebody else and hung up on me. If you need someone to help with your air conditioning, don’t waste your time, he wasted mine all day !!! If I could give no stars I would have. Horrible experience. Plus this was through a Home Warranty Service. They got an ear full when I contacted them, he is off their list too.
