Philip is the BEST. We have been Brady Heating and Air Conditioning customers for years and wouldn't use anyone else. I also recommended him to some of my friends, and they all love Philip. Brady AC and Heating also did an excellent job installing our AC and Heater. Phillip was sincere and trustworthy. He gave me a very affordable price compared to the others. When he came out to install the unit and did the maintenance, he and his associate were very thorough and went above and beyond to repair all the little things that he wasn't even called out to do. After his work was done, he walked me through everything they did and gave me tips on maintaining my system. I strongly recommend Brady AC and Heating. They genuinely care about their clients and the work they do.

By far the most professional, and high quality heating air conditioning company I’ve ever worked with. I’ve used Service Experts, Levy & Sons and a few others. With others I always felt uneasy that things weren’t addressed with maintenance and repairs. I have three units, and always felt I overpaid or didn’t get quality service. Phillip Brady and his team at Brady Heating and Air are simply amazing. Will never recommend anyone else or use another company. They spent so much time thoroughly cleaning and servicing my units, and made it a pleasant experience. Truly amazing service !
Brady AC and Heating did a wonderful job with our AC installation. Phillip came out and was very honest about his quote when I had 3 other companies who came out and said I needed to replace everything on both units. They wanted me to spend 14-16 thousand dollars in repairs after charging me almost $1,000 in repairs already. Phillip came up and said he could repair my compressor and replace my coils if I wanted, but also gave me an option to replace one unit for a very affordable price compared to the others so I went with that option for peace of mind. When he came out to install the unit he and his team was very thorough and went above and beyond to repair all the little things that he wasn’t even called out to do. After the work was done, he walked me through everything they did and gave me tips on how to maintain my system to avoid costly repairs in the future. I strongly recommend Brady AC and Heating, finding repair guys that you can trust to do is so hard these days, so when you find one, treasure them!

Brady Heating and AC is the best. After using many different companies over the years, I found them. They do great work and are honest and trust worthy. I use them for both my home and my business and there prices age great and the owner gets to you quickly. They truly care about their clients and the work they do.
We called about getting an oven vented and they sent some one out the next day. Brian was out tech, and he was polite and did a great job. He did the job pretty quickly and went an extra step to make sure the vent was secure. They were also very reasonably on price. We will be using them for all our heating and air from now on!

Phillip is the best! Brady Heating and Air Conditioning provides the quarterly maintenance for my office and it is such a pleasure doing business with them. They always show up on time and are extremely courteous and respectful. Michelle, the office manager, is always accommodating to our schedule and has such a friendly voice. I highly recommend Brady Heating and Air Conditioning!
Phillip from Brady heating and air came to my house on 8/3/18 to fix my AC Unit as it was leaking through my ceiling. On 9/12/18 it began leaking again. I called and spoke to Phillip and he was very rude and dismissive. He told me he was too busy to come look at the work he had already done and I should call someone else. Brady Heating and Air does not stand by or guarantee their work. I have already paid for services so I am out the money I paid them and now have to pay again for work that was done incorrectly. Do not use this company. In response to the owners response: He did not complete the work he claimed to. In fact, AMC service (Chris) came out on 9/12/18 and said the only thing Brady heating and air did was drain one of my trays. They did not clear line that was clogged nor did they add the algae tablets they claimed to have added. It cost me an additional $189.00 for AMC to do the work that Brady's did not do. In addition, the leak in my ceiling and the AC unit itself may now have mold. Chris from AMC stated that the work should have been guaranteed for at least 90 days, and Phillip (from Brady's) Stated at the time of service that I would not need additional maintenance for another 6 months. Please be honest in your response. Integrity is much more valuable than a lie in effort to save face.
We just had Phillip with Brady complete a new A/C install today. He and his associate were prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough. His pricing was lower than other quotes we received and the service was amazing! We are so pleased and will certainly use him for our next install.
This is by far the best AC business in North Texas. I Had another AC issue on a Sunday and luckily I saved Philip as a contact. It was 90 degrees in my house and after calling Brady Heating and Air Conditioning, they called back in minutes and walked me thru troubleshooting that saved my unit. Philip came by first thing in the morning and found a bad capacitor. Replaced it in minutes and waited to ensure that cold air was once again blowing inside the house before leaving, even though he had a busy day ahead of him. The quality of service this company provides has once again exceeded my expectations. The customer service is phenomenal and the prices for repair are affordable. Save them as a contact in your phone and when things get 'hot' Brady Heating and Air will cool it down. Thanks again Philip you are a blessing. S. Seabrook
Brady Heating and Air Conditioning is the best HVAC company I have ever done business with. Phillip thoroughly explained my issue, and gave me different options to resolve it. He is very knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. He even answered questions I didn't think to ask. I decided to replace my inside and outside system. The entire job was completed, including cleanup in about 4 hours. Do yourself a favor and choose this company for all of your HVAC needs, you won't be disappointed!
With all the integrity issues and commission pressured service reps in HVAC we are glad to to know that Brady Heating and Air Conditioning is a 'part of what is right' about the heating and ac industry. Fair prices and excellent service. We highly recommend!
I strongly recommend Brady Heating and AC based on my service experience provided by Mr. Brady. Probably the most trustworthy Heating and AC service provider in metropolitan. I needed a 2nd opinion on the problems on my AC units after being ripped off by another AC servicer called Chrome Heating and Air. Mr. Brady is knowledgeable, honest and really customer oriented so I recommend!
