Great service at a fair price! I have known Bob for years consistently does great work.
Bobby is awesome, he came to my house on a Sunday night to get my AC unit repaired on a very hot night and on top of that he didn't for charge me for after hours service call. Unit has been running fine ever since.
Bobby from BPSA has screwed me over. I called him to help me fix my AC unit. The unit was not cooling. He claimed he could fix it by replacing the outside unit. I trusted that he knew what he was doing. He replaced the outside unit (never mentioning that we should also replace the coils). Almost immediately after replacing, it stopped cooling. I called him and he pumped more coolant into it and it worked for a few weeks. The entire time the coils were leaking. I called him every two weeks. He came out for a few months. He then stopped returning phone calls and refused to fix the problem that he created. It has been a NIGHTMARE! I also found out that he put a unit in that didn't even work with the existing coils. It was the wrong coolant. I am a trusting person and he ripped me off. He should not have his HVAC license. I have never written a review before however I was treated so poorly by Bobby from BPSA that I thought I needed to write one. If you choose to hire him, you have been warned. I choose one star because you can't give less.
