Very happy with the service, they sent someone right out and got the new water heater installed same day. Very nice and friendly service.
Plumber did a great job but almost $700 for 1 hour is ridiculously high. My other plumber was $420 for the same exact job but couldn't make it out today. My mistake for not getting a quote first I guess.

I recently had a pipe burst from the extreme cold temperatures. I was able to have a technician arrive within 24 hours of my call. Bryan arrived early, immediately diagnosed the problem, and within a couple hours, my pipe was fixed. Bryan also informed me of another potential issue with my furnace; he took pictures so that his team would have the information when I called to request service for this issue. Fast, friendly Ava’s professional service.
Our disposal died at 4PM on a weekday afternoon, I called many plumbers but BPS were the only ones who answered/offered help. Karin was pleasant to talk with, super helpful and went out of her way to make sure we got the best service. She was communicative when issues arose and always called back when she promised she would. I did have to reschedule my appointment because the tech got held up by another job but I feel this is quite typical for this type of business. The tech, Bryan, was polite, worked quickly and made sure everything was in working order before leaving. Would 100% use BPS again and recommend them to others.
BPS provided excellent service. Contractors came on time, were very professional and worked very hard to complete AC replacement very fast. I asked for a few small extras and they were happy to help. Very, very satisfied with the service and the company. In fact, after having good experience with AC, I am now trusting them to fix a few plumbing issues as well.

They installed a new tankless hot water system and most recently repaired the AC unit after a large family of mice destroyed the electrical system of the unit over the winter. They have most definitely surpassed my expectations. From start to finish, the whole process was perfectly painless and thoroughly enjoyable. Hired BPS for some larger projects at our home - tankless water heater and dual fuel HVAC system - both new installs in an 1890s home. They were not the cheapest, but I feel like it was worth the extra cost. I never felt like I was chasing them down to get answers or schedule visits, their people always cleaned up after themselves and were nice, they never seemed to be rushing through the projects - spent time thinking about how their systems fit into the layout and were accommodating to future layout concerns.
From getting our quote to the installation of the central air Brian and his people were easy to deal with and very responsive to all our questions.
The crew was courteous, knowledgeable, and cared about our home. They were willing to listen to our ideas and work toward a solution that was satisfactory to everyone. Our project was a total retrofit, removing the existing heating system and replacing with heat pump systems, a lot of work. They got the job done in 4 days and left the work areas completely cleaned up.
Dennis was awesome at tuning our Force Hot Air Furnace and making sure it was running as well as it could given its age. He showed us the numbers and helped us understand what was going on with it and what potential things to watch out for. Dennis was also able to look at our toilet and quickly resolve the loud sounds it was emitting as being caused by the flusher water intake assembly not being properly seated. Noises stopped as soon as he reseated the assembly in place. Highly recommend BPS Plumbing Heating & Cooling.
BPS recently replaced the central air system at my home. They were responsive, professional, neat and all in all just great to work with. I highly recommend them. It was a great experience working with them.
I scheduled service for an old heat pump in the house I recently moved in to. The unit was deemed non-operational and the tech gave some suggestions on what to replace it with. The air compressor was non-responsive by triggering the circuit but he couldn't look at the air compressor on the roof because he didn't have a ladder, even though I mentioned it was on the roof when I scheduled the service time.
I needed someone to look at my heat when it stopped working one night in January. I couldn't have picked a better company. From the owner responding that night that someone would contact me the next day to Karen who I can't say enough nice things about and having her schedule a technician to come that morning to take a look, I was very happy with such prompt responses. Dennis the tech is the man, he was able to get my heat back up and running and since then has fixed a few other issues my heating system has had. Each time breaking down what he did as well as showing me before and after pics of my heating system. Great company, they have definitely earned my business and I will be using them again come time for turning my AC on.
