Great service
They came out the meet day as requested and fixed the problem. The tecnition explained in detail what the issue was and the cost up front, very professional and if I need help again I know who to call.
The guy who came to our house today on Carolina street was awesome!!! We really appreciate his work ethic and kindness. We also called today and got our heat fixed 2 hours after the call. My family is very grateful 😍
A/C went out Sunday night, they came right away and fixed the problem, was back in a cool house within 30 minutes. Will definitely use them again!

We have several investment properties and have used several different HVAC companies. By far, Boyd Service Company is the BEST we have used. They offer outstanding service for a very competitive price. If you want an installation that will be hassle free, you need to call Boyd. Additionally, their technicians are smart and provide outstanding service for your existing units. I use them exclusively because they have shown to be extremely reliable, cost effective, and responsive. I give them the highest rating possible.
They were honest with us and explained that we needed more than a little patch job but the tech also leveled with me and said, if you just do these 2 things then it will probably fix most of it and you can wait on the rest. That's the mark of someone who isn't out to rip people off, and instead, actually wants to provide customer service. Thanks man!
Fast friendly service
Boyd Hvac is not a professional company they take cheap short cuts to get the job done. They treat the employees like dogs. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPAY WITH YOUR CAREER OR YOU HVAC SYSTEM!!!!!!
