We were worried we would have a long hot weekend when our AC went out on Thursday night. The Bowmans came out and got it all fixed up quickly on Friday. They’re the nicest people and the price was so reasonable! So happy with our experience. Thank you!
Had a new heat pump, air exchanger and thermostat installed in the fall of 2021. The ductwork under the house also had either worked loose or was never installed correctly when the house was built. Bowman's took care of securing the ductwork, as well of installation of the new Bryant heat pump system. The new system installation went off without a hitch. Excellent work! Would use again and have recommended them to friends in case they are looking for repairs or installation.
We have called Bowman a few times. He works tirelessly to get the job done every time. We had an issue about a year ago were the thermostat writing failed. He made this a personal issue and solved it the most economical way possible for us. Highly recommended!
I have not purchased anything from this company but this has been our experience with Bowman Heating and Cooling. We closed on our house in February 2019 and were told that the HVAC system was less then a year old. In April 2019 the AC stopped working. We called buyers home warranty system. The technician that came out looked at the system said that there was faulty installation with the wipe to the AC. Home warranty does not cover faulty installation. At this time we were told that the the wipe was too short and not cut to length correctly and was electrically spliced to make an connection. They did a temporary fix but said the wipe would have to be replaced. On May 28th 2019, we heard a water leak in the walls that we thought was a roofing issue. This turned out to be the HVAC in the attic that was leaking water. Again we called home warranty company to come and look at it. On 7 June 2019 they came to look at the HVAC they could not do anything about it because it was a faulty installation. The drip pain was not adequate for the unit and the water leaking was running down the side of the unit into the attic. We had to call our realtor to figure out who had done the installation. On June 14 2019 Bowman Heating and Cooling and they came out to fix the problem. The leveled the HVAC unit and did some other stuff. They charged us $275 for they to come out. I said the system is a year old, this is when the Bowman Tech looked up the install date that was May 29 2019 and it so no longer covered under warranty. I argued with the tech but he said he could not be covered. Mind you, it took us two weeks to figure out what company had done the installation and have the home warranty company come out. Aug 10th 2019 the AC stops working again. This time I look at the system and the electrical connection had burnt out in the AC unit where the unit was connected. I went to home depot to buy a new wipe and talked with the electrical department. Turns out the
My experiences with Ryan have been excellent, to the point I will not let any other company touch or service my HVAC. Highly recommended, and it's reassuring to work with someone that does right for the customer, and not his personal profit.
I have called Ryan several times for hvac problems and he is quick to respond and I trust him to just fix the problem and not try to up sell me.
Ryan came out after hours to help get our heat back on, we came home from vaca and it was out.. he made sure what the problem was and stayed till it was fixed. Even gave me his number to call if I had a question! I ended up having to call, and he was just as helpful when he was at home! You can’t get better service than that!! Very highly recommend
System: 2 ton heat pump I had found a very good small company in the past, but they have moved on. I had a few companies come out and look at our system. Each time they would quote a brand new system and say ours was not fixable, or it would cost too much to do, so you might as well replace the whole thing. While there is a price point where that becomes valid, my older system is not there yet. Mr. Bowman showed up and reminded me a lot of a good friend of mine that is an honest and knowledgeable business man and really tries to do what is in the customer's best interest. He and I grew up with folks that believed in repairing things, not just replace with something new. Mr. Bowman sent his people over the same day and fixed the issue for $500, rather than the $6,000 everyone else was quoting for a new system. The 2 gentlemen that came over were nice, professional, quiet and did great work. We now have A/C again and it is working like it should. I would recommend this company to everyone because you will get nothing less than amazing customer service and honest professionalism.
Ryan Bowman (owner of Bowman's Heating & Cooling) is the most honest and hardest working HVAC provider you will ever encounter in the Louisville area. He did the install of our furnace and air conditioner and completed the job to perfection and substantially under our budget. The quality of his work is to the nth degree. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family if given the opportunity.
