Chris is terrific! Reasonable, thorough, and patient with all of my questions. We thought we needed to replace our unit, but it actually needed a minor repair. He also left us with info for what to expect from our aging system down the road, maintenance recommendations, and options of types of systems to consider when the time comes. So happy to have found Boulder Heating & AC!
This is the ABSOLUTE BEST COMPANY IVE EVER USED!!! Chris goes out of his way to get here as quickly as possible, and is both friendly and professional. I’ve never had a problem with my HVAC systems after Chris made repairs. You won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful service. My furnace went out. Chris informed me of choices for furnace and we settled on a product I am 100 percent happy with. He got it installed the next day before the freezing weather hit and he meanwhile had to deal with a water heater flooding for someone. Amazing service! He was fair and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him - you will not be disappointed.

Cannot say enough about how WONDERFUL Chris is and how much he saved us from what could have been an absolute disaster! Firstly, he came super quickly within a few hours of me reaching out. Then he went back repeatedly ON CHRISTMAS EVE to check on what was happening and was extremely communicative, as we were out of town. He laid out exactly what could happen, what he’d recommend and then followed up to let us know we were in the clear. He allowed us to enjoy our holiday, instead of spending the time worrying about it and saved us what I imagine would have been a ton of money if it wasn’t rectified right away. I will only use Chris and Boulder Heating and AC for all of my HVAC NEEDS.

Chris worked me in the week I needed him even though he had a super busy schedule. I have video of this guy running a red light that was green for me for just over 3 seconds. It was red for him for 7 seconds. I called the company to tell a manager, but this guy is the owner and only employee. His response was "So? We are trying to hurry to calls." (Among many other excuses, never taking any responsibility) If this is how he acts to someone trying to point out how he could have hurt or killed someone, imagine what he would do to you when you point out a mistake he made on your furnace.
